Abstract

一种LED灯具组装结构,包括一个灯架,一个插设在所述灯架上的端盖,以及至少一个穿设在所述灯架与端盖上的紧固件。所述灯架包括至少一个插槽。所述端盖包括一个盖设在所述插槽上的凸盖,至少一个与所述插槽相配的通孔,以及至少一个设置在所述通孔与凸盖之间的加强筋。该加强筋与所述通孔在垂直于所述通孔的中心轴的截面上相互干涉。在组装过程中,当将所述紧固件被旋入所述通孔及灯架的插槽时,所述紧固件或者会切削入所述加强筋中,或者将所述加强筋抵向所述凸盖,或者既切削入所述加强筋又将所述加强筋抵向所述凸盖。从而加强所述紧固件与灯架之间的强度,进而可以让所述灯架做得更小,壁更薄,有利于减小整个灯具的体积。

一种LED灯具组装结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明设备领域,特别是一种LED灯具组装结构。
背景技术
在节能环保的背景下,LED灯具因其具有出光效率高、聚光性能好而越来越多地应用于居家、商业照明领域。在诸如展览馆,珠宝店、博物馆、超市等场所中,还有一些居家照明,如大型别墅中。随着LED灯具,特别是条形灯具的大量使用,其快速生产组装以及组装质量的提高成为降低成本的有效途径之一。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种可以快速组装及组装质量较高的LED灯具组装结构,以满足上述需求。
一种LED灯具组装结构包括一个灯架,一个插设在所述灯架上的端盖,以及至少一个穿设在所述灯架与端盖上的紧固件。所述灯架包括至少一个插槽。所述端盖包括一个盖设在所述插槽上的凸盖,至少一个与所述插槽相配的通孔,以及至少一个设置在所述通孔与凸盖之间的加强筋。该加强筋与所述通孔在垂直于所述通孔的中心轴的截面上相互干涉。
在组装过程中,当将所述紧固件被旋入所述通孔及灯架的插槽时,所述紧固件或者会切削入所述加强筋中,或者将所述加强筋抵向所述凸盖,或者既切削入所述加强筋又将所述加强筋抵向所述凸盖。从而加强所述紧固件与灯架之间的强度,进而可以让所述灯架做得更小,壁更薄,有利于减小整个灯具的体积。

具体实施方式
以下基于附图对本发明的具体实施例进行进一步详细说明。应当理解的是,此处对本发明实施例的说明并不用于限定本发明的保护范围。
请参阅图1至图2,其为本发明提供的一种LED灯具组装结构100的结构分解示意图。所述LED灯具组装结构100包括一个灯架10,一个插设在所述灯架10上的端盖20,以及至少一个穿设在所述灯架10与端盖20上的紧固件30。当然可以想到的是,所述LED灯具组装结构100还包括其它的一些功能模块,如导线插接模块,电路板,LED芯片模组等,其不作为本发明的重点在此不再详细说明。
所述灯架10可以为条形结构,并可以使用金属来制成以利于整个灯具的散热。在本实施例中,所述灯架10为长条形结构,并使用铝合金来挤出成型。所述灯架10上开设有至少一个插槽11。通常所述灯架10上会开设有两条插槽11,该插槽11不仅可以用来组装所述端盖20,还可以用于设置防水密封条、灯罩等。为了使整个灯具做得很小,如很细、很薄、或者是很轻,通常所述灯架10的壁厚都会很薄,因此所述插槽11的孔径也会很小以达到上述的目的。也因此,在组装所述端盖20所使用的紧固件30的直径也不能太大,因为太大会破坏所述灯架10,而太小又会发生滑牙,使得组装难以完成,或者产品质量不过关。
所述端盖20包括一个本体21,一个从所述本体21上延伸出来的凸盖22,至少一个开设在所述本体21的通孔23,以及至少一个设置在所述通孔23与凸盖22之间的加强筋24。所述端盖20为了避免漏电,或因结构复杂,为了方便制造成型,所述端盖20由塑料或树脂一体成型制成。所述凸盖22沿所述灯架10的轴向延伸出来,并盖设在所述插槽11上,用于盖设所述端盖20、灯架10以及灯罩之间的缝隙。为了加强组装结构的强度,所述凸盖22的沿灯架10的轴向的两个自由端插入到所述插槽11的开口处。该凸盖22的具体形状随灯架10与灯罩的形状而变化,以达到缝隙耦合的目的。所述通孔23用于穿设所述紧固件30,因此应当与所述插槽11相配合,即在组装中该通孔23的轴线与插槽11的延伸重合,在本实施例中,因为所述插槽11包括两个,所述通孔23也包括两个,且该通孔23的直径应当与所述紧固件30的直径相当。所述加强筋24也从所述本体21上沿着灯架10的延伸方向延伸出来,其设置在所述通孔23的边缘,但在垂直于所述通孔23的中心轴的截面上,所述通孔23与所述加强筋24相互干涉。所述通孔23与所述加强筋24相互干涉的意思是在沿所述通孔23的中心轴的方向上,该通23与所述加强筋24部分重合。所述加强筋24可以与所述凸盖22无缝连接,也可以与所述凸盖24间隔设置。
所述紧固件30可以为螺钉、插销、螺柱等,在本实施例中,所述紧固件30为自攻螺钉,即当所述紧固件30被旋入所述通孔23及灯架10的插槽11时,所述紧固件30可以切削入所述通孔23,插槽11、以及所述加强筋24中。而当所述紧固体30为插销时,当其被插入所述通孔23及灯架10的插槽11时,所述加强筋24会被所述紧固件30抵向所述凸盖22,而加强筋24本身与所述通孔23相互干涉,从而可以加固所述紧固件30与所述端盖20及灯架10之间的连接关系。
在组装过程中,当将所述紧固件30被旋入所述通孔23及灯架10的插槽11时,所述紧固件30或者会切削入所述加强筋24中,或者将所述加强筋24抵向所述凸盖22,或者既切削入所述加强筋又将所述加强筋24抵向所述凸盖22。从而加强所述紧固件30与灯架10之间的强度,进而可以让所述灯架10做得更小,壁更薄,有利于减小整个灯具的体积。

Claims (8)

1.一种LED灯具组装结构,其特征在于:所述LED灯具组装包括一个灯架,一个插设在所述灯架上的端盖,以及至少一个穿设在所述灯架与端盖上的紧固件,所述灯架包括至少一个插槽,所述端盖包括一个盖设在所述插槽上的凸盖,至少一个与所述插槽相配的通孔,以及至少一个设置在所述通孔与凸盖之间的加强筋,该加强筋与所述通孔在垂直于所述通孔的中心轴的截面上相互干涉。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED灯具组装结构,其特征在于:所述加强筋与所述凸盖无缝连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的LED灯具组装结构,其特征在于:所述加强筋与所述凸盖间隔设置。
4.如权利要求1所述的LED灯具组装结构,其特征在于:所述灯架由金属材料制成。
5.如权利要求1所述的LED灯具组装结构,其特征在于:所述端盖由塑料或树脂制成。
6.如权利要求1所述的LED灯具组装结构,其特征在于:所述凸盖的两个自由端插入所述插槽的开口处。
7.如权利要求1所述的LED灯具组装结构,其特征在于:所述紧固件穿过所述通孔并螺接在所述插槽中时,所述紧固件切削入所述加强筋中。
8.如权利要求1所述的LED灯具组装结构,其特征在于:所述紧固件穿过所述通孔并螺接在所述插槽中时,所述加强筋被所述紧固件抵向所述凸盖。
