Description
Claims (14)
- 生物サンプルを収容するための、特に、そのようなサンプルの低温貯蔵のための、プラスチック材料から成るバッグ(20)の製造方法であって、該バッグは、密閉周辺エッジ(21)の周囲において接合される、プラスチックフィルムの空間介在層同士(10',10'')を対面させることによって製造されるタイプであり、それにより、プラスチックフィルムの該対面空間介在層が、サンプルを収容するための容積を定め、前記方法は、
(a)プラスチック材料のフィルムから成る、重畳2層(10',10'')の間に、成形される前記バッグの内部形状、幅、及び厚みと一致する、形状、幅、及び厚みを有する成形挿入体(40)を置く工程と、
(b)これらの層を、その内部形状、幅、及び厚みが、成形挿入体(40)によって定められる部分成形バッグ(22)に成形する工程であって、その際、該部分成形バッグは、前記バッグ周辺の一部の周囲では接合エッジによって閉鎖されるが、前記成形挿入体(40)を抜去するための開口(24)を形成する1辺に沿って開放エッジ(23)が残される、空間介在層から構成される、工程と、
(c)前記バッグ周辺の一部の周囲で、前記部分成形バッグ(22)の前記接合エッジを合わせて密閉し、1辺において前記開口(24)を残す工程と、
(d)前記形成挿入体(40)を、前記開口(24)を通じて前記部分成形バッグ(22)から抜去する工程と、
(e)前記部分成形バッグ(22)の前記空間介在層の前記開放エッジ(23)を、前記開口(24)に沿って重ね合わせる工程と、
(f)この重ね合わされたエッジを密閉し、実質的にその全周の周囲において前記密閉接合エッジ(21)によって閉鎖されるバッグ(20)を形成する工程と、
を含み、
互いに離間し、かつ、対面関係に重ね合わせることが可能な二つの金型部品(31,32)であって、共に当接される時、その間に、製造されるバッグ(20)の外形及び寸法に一致するキャビティ(35)を定め、ここに、そのキャビティ(35)は、製造されるバッグの周辺の一部に一致するその周辺の一部の周囲で閉鎖され、かつ、二つの金型部品(31,32)の側面に向かって開放する開口(34)を有する、金型部品と、
形成挿入体(40)であって、該二つの金型部品が当接される時、その挿入可能末端部(41)が、前記二つの金型部品の間のキャビティ(35)の中に納まる挿入位置を有する形成挿入体であって、ここで、該形成挿入体の末端部(41)が、該キャビティ内に成形されるバッグ(20)の内部形状及び厚みに一致する形状及び厚みを有し、かつ、二つの金型部品(31,32)が当接されるか、又は離間される時、前記挿入体(40)を挿入又は抜去することによって、前記開口(34)を通じて、横方向に、キャビティ(35)内に挿入可能であるか、又は該キャビティから抜去可能である、形成挿入体と、
を含む、金型(30)の使用を含むことを特徴とする、バッグの製造方法。 - 密閉前に前記空間介在層の間に少なくとも一つの門口(26)又はチューブ(25)を挿入し、バッグの1辺においてアパーチャを形成する、少なくとも一つの門口(26)又はチューブ(25)を有するバッグ(20)を形成する工程を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記門口(26)及び/又は前記チューブ(25)が、工程(d)において前記成形挿入体(40)が抜去された後で、かつ、工程(e)及び(f)において前記開放エッジ(23)が重ね合わされる前に、前記開口(24)に沿って前記空間介在層の間に挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の方法。
- 工程(e)及び(f)が、単一内部区画(28)を定める周辺密閉エッジ(21)を有するバッグを形成するように実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1、2、又は3記載の方法。
- 工程(e)及び(f)において密閉区域(27)が形成され、それが、バッグを、前記開口(24)に沿う前記当接エッジとは反対のバッグ(20)のエッジに近接して互いに連通する、二つ以上の内部区画(28)に分割することを特徴とする、請求項1、2、又は3記載の方法。
- バッグ(20)にサンプルを充填し、前記複数区画(28)を、それらの区画同士が連通する、フィルムの対面部分(29)を合わせて密閉することによって、互いに切り離して密閉することを更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項5記載の方法。
- バッグ(20)が、ほぼ全体として長方形であり、工程(c)が、該長方形バッグの3辺に沿って、前記部分成形バッグの前記接合エッジを合わせて密閉することによって実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載載の方法。
- 前記開口が、前記長方形バッグ(20)の長辺に沿って存在することを特徴とする、請求項7記載の方法。
- バッグ(20)の前記エッジが、高周波密閉処理によって密閉されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- バッグ(20)がアパーチャ(25,26)を備え、前記バッグ(20)が、該アパーチャ(25,26)を介してサンプルによって充填され、該アパーチャが密閉され、前記バッグ中の前記サンプルが凍結されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- (a)プラスチック材料のフィルムから成る重ね合わされた2層(10',10'')を、前記二つの離間した金型部品(31,32)の間に置く工程であって、前記形成挿入体(40)が前記2層の間に配置され、前記挿入体の末端部(41)が、前記二つの金型部品(31,32)の前記キャビティ(35)に合致して置かれる、工程と、
(b)前記二つの金型部品(31,32)を、キャビティ(35)内のその挿入位置に置かれている前記形成挿入体(40)と重ね合わせ、前記フィルムを部分成形バッグ(22)に成形する工程であって、該部分成形バッグの外部厚は、前記形成挿入体の挿入末端部(41)を取り囲むキャビティ(35)の寸法によって区画される、工程と、
(c)前記バッグのこれらの接合エッジを密閉する工程と、
(d1)二つの金型部品(31,32)を分離する工程と、
(d2)その挿入位置、及び、前記部分形成バッグ(22)との嵌合から、前記形成挿入体(40)を抜去する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 工程(e)及び(f)が、適切な閉鎖密閉ツール(50)を使用することによって、前記接合エッジを閉鎖、密閉し、前記バッグ(20)を、好みにより、1区画又は複数区画(28)に成形するように実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法に従ってバッグを製造するための金型であって、前記金型が、
互いに離間し、かつ、対面関係に重ね合わせることが可能な二つの金型部品(31,32)であって、共に当接される時に、その間に、製造される前記バッグ(20)の外形及び寸法に一致するキャビティ(35)を定め、このキャビティ(35)は、製造されるバッグの前記周辺の一部に一致するその周辺の一部の周囲で閉鎖され、かつ、前記二つの金型部品(31,32)の側面に向かって開放する開口(34)を有する、金型部品と、
形成挿入体(40)であって、前記二つの金型部品が当接される時に、前記挿入体の挿入可能末端部(41)が、前記二つの金型部品(31,32)の間のキャビティ(35)の中に納まる挿入位置を有する形成挿入体であって、その末端部(41)が、前記キャビティ内で成形される前記バッグ(20)の内部形状及び厚みに一致する形状及び厚みを有し、かつ、前記二つの金型部品(31,32)が当接されるか又は離間される時に、前記挿入体(40)を挿入又は抜去することによって、前記開口(34)を通じて、横方向に、キャビティ(35)の中に挿入可能であるか、又は該キャビティから抜去可能である、形成挿入体と、
を含む、金型。 - 前記バッグ(20)を好みにより1つの内部区画又は複数の内部区画(28)に成形するために、複数の相互交換可能な閉鎖密閉ツール(50)と組み合わされた、請求項13記載の金型。
