Claims (14)

1. Postupak proizvodnje vrećice (20) izrađene od plastičnog materijala za držanje bioloških uzoraka, osobito za krioprezervaciju takvih uzoraka, navedena vrećica je vrste koja se izrađuje od odvojenih slojeva plastičnog filma okrenutih jedan prema drugome (10',10") spojenih oko hermetički zatvorenog ruba (21), pri čemu odvojeni slojevi plastičnog filma okrenuti jedan prema drugome određuju obujam za držanje uzorka, taj postupak obuhvaća: (a) postavljanje, između dva sloja postavljena jedan na drugom (10', 10") izrađena od plastičnog filma, umetka za oblikovanje (40) koji ima oblik, širinu i debljinu koji odgovaraju unutarnjem obliku, širini i debljini vrećice koja se treba oblikovati, (b) oblikovanje slojeva u djelomično oblikovanu vrećicu (22) kojoj su unutarnji oblik, širina i debljina definirani umetkom za oblikovanje (40), djelomično oblikovana vrećica izrađena je od odvojenih slojeva koji se zatvaraju oko dijela perifernog područja navedene vrećice spajanjem rubova, pri čemu se duž jedne strane ostavljaju otvoreni rubovi (23) koji tvore otvor (24) za vađenje umetka za oblikovanje (40); (c) hermetički spajanje navedenih spojenih rubova (23) djelomično oblikovane vrećice (22) oko dijela perifernog područja navedene vrećice, pri čemu se na jednoj strani ostavlja navedeni otvor (24); (d) vađenje umetka za oblikovanje (40) iz djelomično oblikovane vrećice (22) kroz navedeni otvor (24); (e) postavljanje otvorenih rubova (23) odvojenih slojeva djelomično oblikovane vrećice (22) duž navedenog otvora (24); i (f) hermetičko zatvaranje postavljenih rubova kako bi se dobila vrećica (20) koja je u biti zatvorena duž cijelog svojeg oboda hermetički spojenim rubovima (21); naznačen time, da postupak uključuje upotrebu umetka za oblikovanje (30) koji sadrži: - dva dijela za oblikovanje (31, 32) koji se mogu međusobno odmicati, odnosno postaviti jedan na drugi u položaju jedan nasuprot drugog, dva dijela za oblikovanje, kada su postavljena jedna na drugi, između sebe tvore šupljinu (34) koja odgovarana vanjskom obliku i dimenzijama navedene vrećice (20) koja se izrađuje, ta se šupljina (34) zatvara oko dijela svojeg ruba koji odgovara dijelu rubnog područja navedene vrećice koja se izrađuje i ima otvor (35) koji se nalazi na bočnoj strani dva dijela za oblikovanje (31, 32); i - umetka za oblikovanje (40) s položajem za umetanje u koji se postavlja krajnji dio umetka koji se može umetnuti (41) u šupljini (34) između dva dijela za oblikovanje kad se postave jedna na drugi, navedeni krajnji dio (41) umetka za oblikovanje ima oblik i debljinu koji odgovaraju unutarnjem obliku i debljini navedene vrećice (20) koja se oblikuje u šupljini i koja se može umetnuti, odnosno bočno izvaditi iz šupljine (34) kroz navedeni otvor (35) umetanjem ili vađenjem umetka (40) kada su dva dijela za oblikovanje (31, 32) postavljeni jedan na drugi ili su međusobno razdvojeni.
2. Postupak iz patentnog zahtjeva 1, naznačen time, da dodatno uključuje umetanje najmanje jednog otvora (26) ili cijevi (25) između odvojenih slojeva prije hermetičkog zatvaranja čime se dobivaju vrećice (20) s najmanje jednim otvorom (26) ili cijevi (25) koji tvore otvor na rubu vrećice.
3. Postupak iz patentnog zahtjeva 2, naznačen time, da se otvor(i) (26) i/ili cijev(i) (25) umeću između razdvojenih slojeva duž navedenog otvora (24) nakon što je umetak za oblikovanje (40) izvađen u koraku (d) te prije nego što se navedeni otvoreni rubovi (23) postave jedan na drugi i hermetički spoje u koracima (e) i (f).
4. Postupak iz patentnog zahtjeva 1, 2 ili 3, naznačen time, da se koraci (e) i (f) provode tako da se oblikuje navedena vrećica s hermetički zatvorenim rubom (21) koji tvori jedan jedinstveni unutarnji prostor (28).
5. Postupak iz patentnog zahtjeva 1, 2 ili 3, naznačen time, da se tijekom koraka (e) i (f) dobiva hermetički zatvoreno područje (27) koje navedenu vrećicu dijeli na dva ili više odijeljena prostora (28) koji su međusobno povezani u točki na rubu navedene vrećice (20) nasuprot navedenih rubova postavljenih duž otvora (24).
6. Postupak iz patentnog zahtjeva 5, naznačen time, da dodatno uključuje punjenje navedene vrećice (20) uzorkom i međusobno hermetično zatvaranje odvojenih prostora (28) hermetičkim spajanjem nasuprotnih dijelova (29) filma na kojima postoji veza između odvojenih prostora.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da su vrećice (20) općenito pravokutnog oblika, a korak (c) izvršava se hermetičkim spajanjem postavljenih rubova djelomično oblikovane vrećice duž triju stranica pravokutne vrećice.
8. Postupak iz patentnog zahtjeva 7, naznačen time, da se navedeni otvor nalazi na dužoj stranici pravokutne vrećice (20).
9. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se rubovi navedene vrećice (20) hermetički zatvaraju visokofrekventnim zavarivanjem.
10. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se uzorak u navedenu vrećicu (20) stavlja kroz otvor (25, 26), zatim se otvor hermetički zatvara,a a uzorak u navedenoj vrećici se zamrzava.
11. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da obuhvaća: (a) postavljanje, između dva razdvojena dijela za oblikovanje (31, 32) dva sloja postavljenih jedan nasuprot drugog (10', 10") izrađena od plastičnog filma, pri čemu se umetak za oblikovanje (40) postavlja između dva sloja, a krajnji dio umetka (41) postavlja se u sredini navedene šupljine (34) između dva dijela za oblikovanje (31, 32); (b) postavljanje dva dijela za oblikovanje (31, 32) jedna na drugi, a umetak za oblikovanje (40) postavlja se u svoj umetnuti položaj unutar šupljine (34), čime se film oblikuje u djelomično oblikovanu vrećicu (22) kojoj vanjsku debljinu određuju dimenzije šupljine (34) koja okružuje umetnuti krajnji dio (41) umetka za oblikovanje; (c) hermetičko spajanje rubova vrećice; (d1) razdvajanje dva dijela za oblikovanje (31, 32); i (d2) vađenje umetka za oblikovanje (40) iz umetnutog položaja i djelomično oblikovane vrećice (22).
12. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se koraci (e) i (f) provode radi hermetičkog zatvaranja spojenih rubova i oblikovanja navedene vrećice (20) s jednim unutarnjim prostorom ili više odvojenih prostora (28), prema potrebi, upotrebom odgovarajućeg alata za hermetičko zatvaranje (50).
13. Kalup za proizvodnju vrećica u skladu s postupkom iz bilo kojeg od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da taj kalup sadrži: - dva dijela za oblikovanje (31, 32) koji se mogu međusobno odmicati, odnosno postaviti jedan na drugi u položaju jedan nasuprot drugog, dva dijela za oblikovanje, kada su postavljena jedna na drugi, između sebe tvore šupljinu (34) koja odgovarana vanjskom obliku i dimenzijama navedene vrećice (20) koja se izrađuje, ta se šupljina (34) zatvara oko dijela svojeg ruba koji odgovara dijelu rubnog područja navedene vrećice koja se izrađuje i ima otvor (35) koji se nalazi na bočnoj strani dva dijela za oblikovanje (31, 32); i - umetka za oblikovanje (40) s položajem za umetanje u koji se postavlja krajnji dio umetka koji se može umetnuti (41) u šupljini (34) između dva dijela za oblikovanje (31, 32) kada se postave jedna na drugi, navedeni krajnji dio (41) umetka za oblikovanje ima oblik i debljinu koji odgovaraju unutarnjem obliku i debljini navedene vrećice (20) koja se oblikuje u šupljini i koja se može umetnuti, odnosno bočno izvaditi iz šupljine (34) kroz navedeni otvor (35) umetanjem ili vađenjem umetka (40) kada su dva dijela za oblikovanje (31, 32) postavljeni jedan na drugi ili su međusobno razdvojeni.
14. Kalup iz patentnog zahtjeva 14 u kombinaciji s većim brojem međusobno zamjenjivih alata za hermetičko zatvaranje (50), naznačen time, da je namijenjen oblikovanju navedene vrećice (20) s jednim unutarnjim prostorom ili više odvojenih prostora (28), prema potrebi.
