manufatura de bolsas para conter espécimes biológicas. um método de manufaturar uma bolsa (20) para a criopreservação de líquidos termolábeis. o método de manufatura e caracterizado por ser versátil, simples e de baixo custo, e permite manufaturar bolsas simples ou de múltiplos compartimentos sem modificar os moldes de selagem principais (31, 32). o tamanho relativo e o numero dos compartimentos(28) podem ser modificados sem troca dos modelos. apenas uma ferramenta de selagem de fechamento(50) precisa ser ajustada em função do número de compartimentos escolhidos (28).o processo e compatível com processos de selagem de alta frequência padrão. este método provê bolsas (20) com paredes uniformemente espessas e com um volume de bolsa predeterminado.
