Description
下方に送られるシート状のフィルムをその幅中央で折り曲げて該フィルムの幅方向端部を互いに重ね合わせることで筒状フィルムを形成する製袋ガイドと、
製袋ガイドの下方に配設され、筒状フィルムの重ね合わせ部側の側縁に、または筒状フィルムの折り曲げ部側の側縁と重ね合わせ部側の側縁のそれぞれに熱シールを行って縦シール部を形成する縦シール装置と、
下方に送られる筒状フィルムの折り曲げ部側の側縁と重ね合わせ部側の側縁を挟み込みつつ回転する複数対のガイドローラと、
縦シール装置の下方に配設され、内容物の投入が終了した筒状フィルムを挟み込みつつ回転して前記筒状フィルムを下方に送ることで該筒状フィルムに空部を形成する一対のシゴキローラと、
一対のシゴキローラの下方に配設され、筒状フィルムの空部の横方向全幅に亘って熱シールを行って横シール部を形成し、筒状フィルムを横シール部の位置で切断する横シール装置と、
シゴキローラの位置近傍に配設され、筒状フィルムの両側側縁を横方向外側に引っ張る引っ張り装置と、
筒状フィルムの中に固形状の内容物を投入するための第1の投入パイプであって、該パイプの最下端の出口が縦シール装置の上端より上に位置する、前記第1の投入パイプと、
筒状フィルムの中に液体またはペースト状の内容物を充填するための第2の投入パイプであって筒状フィルムの中を縦シール装置の上端より上の位置から下方へ延び、該パイプの最下端の出口がシゴキローラの位置より上方に位置する、前記第2の投入パイプと、
固形状の内容物が第1の投入パイプから筒状フィルム内に投入されるときだけ筒状フィルムの中を拡げて該固形状の内容物の投入通路を確保する機構と、
を備え、
前記固形状の内容物の投入通路を確保する機構は、前記筒状フィルムの胴部が弛むように前記複数対のガイドローラを前記筒状フィルムの横方向内側に移動させるためのガイドローラ移動装置と、前記筒状フィルムの胴部のおもて面と裏面を吸引して引っ張る一対のバキュームパッドと、を備え、前記固形状の内容物が前記第1の投入パイプから前記筒状フィルム内に投入されるとき、前記ガイドローラ移動装置によって前記筒状フィルムの胴部を弛ませつつ前記一対のバキュームパッドで前記筒状フィルムの胴部のおもて面と裏面を引っ張ることで、前記筒状フィルムの中を拡げて該固形状の内容物の投入通路を確保し、
前記引っ張り装置は、前記内容物の投入が終了した前記筒状フィルムを前記一対のシゴキローラが挟み込む前に、該筒状フィルムの両側側縁を横方向外側に引っ張って該筒状フィルムの前記シゴキローラで挟み込まれる部分を平らにすることを特徴とする。
図4の(a)は本発明の参考例として、1パート充填に用いる縦型充填包装機を模式的に示す正面図、(b)は参考例の縦型充填包装機を模式的に示した斜視図である。但し、図2に示した従来の縦型充填包装機と同じ構成要素については同じ符号を付して説明する。
図7aは本発明の第一実施例による、2パート充填機としての縦型充填包装機を模式的に示す正面図、図7bは第一実施例の縦型充填包装機を模式的に示した斜視図である。但し、図2に示した従来の縦型充填包装機と同じ構成要素については同じ符号を付して説明する。
図10aは本発明の第二実施例による、2パート充填機としての縦型充填包装機を模式的に示す正面図、図10bは第二実施例の縦型充填包装機を模式的に示した斜視図である。図10cは図10aのA−A矢視図、図10dは図10cにおいて外側ガイドを取り去った状態を示す図、図10eは図10bのB−B矢視図である。但し、図2に示した従来の縦型充填包装機と同じ構成要素については同じ符号を付して説明する。
以上の各実施例において引っ張りガイドローラ群10A,10Bを構成するゴムローラは図11に示すような形状であることが好ましい。図11に示すように、シート状のフィルムを折り曲げてその幅方向端部を重ね合わせたときにフィルムの端面がずれると、筒状フィルム1の内側の溶着面(シーラント)1fが露出する。フィルム材料によって、露出したシーラント1fと筒状フィルム1の外側面との摩擦係数が異なることがある。

Claims (9)
- 液体またはペースト状の内容物と固形状の内容物が入った内容物入り包装袋を製造可能な縦型充填包装機であって、
下方に送られるシート状のフィルムをその幅中央で折り曲げて該フィルムの幅方向端部を互いに重ね合わせることで筒状フィルムを形成する製袋ガイドと、
前記製袋ガイドの下方に配設され、前記筒状フィルムの重ね合わせ部側の側縁に、または前記筒状フィルムの折り曲げ部側の側縁と重ね合わせ部側の側縁のそれぞれに熱シールを行って縦シール部を形成する縦シール装置と、
下方に送られる前記筒状フィルムの折り曲げ部側の側縁と重ね合わせ部側の側縁を挟み込みつつ回転する複数対のガイドローラと、
前記縦シール装置の下方に配設され、内容物の投入が終了した前記筒状フィルムを挟み込みつつ回転して前記筒状フィルムを下方に送ることで該筒状フィルムに空部を形成する一対のシゴキローラと、
前記一対のシゴキローラの下方に配設され、前記筒状フィルムの前記空部の横方向全幅に亘って熱シールを行って横シール部を形成し、前記筒状フィルムを前記横シール部の位置で切断する横シール装置と、
前記シゴキローラの位置近傍に配設され、前記筒状フィルムの両側側縁を横方向外側に引っ張る引っ張り装置と、
前記筒状フィルムの中に前記固形状の内容物を投入するための第1の投入パイプであって、該パイプの最下端の出口が前記縦シール装置の上端より上に位置する、前記第1の投入パイプと、
前記筒状フィルムの中に前記液体またはペースト状の内容物を充填するための第2の投入パイプであって前記筒状フィルムの中を前記縦シール装置の上端より上の位置から下方へ延び、該パイプの最下端の出口が前記シゴキローラの位置より上方に位置する、前記第2の投入パイプと、
前記固形状の内容物が前記第1の投入パイプから前記筒状フィルム内に投入されるときだけ前記筒状フィルムの中を拡げて該固形状の内容物の投入通路を確保する機構と、
を備え、
前記固形状の内容物の投入通路を確保する機構は、前記筒状フィルムの胴部が弛むように前記複数対のガイドローラを前記筒状フィルムの横方向内側に移動させるためのガイドローラ移動装置と、前記筒状フィルムの胴部のおもて面と裏面を吸引して引っ張る一対のバキュームパッドと、を備え、前記固形状の内容物が前記第1の投入パイプから前記筒状フィルム内に投入されるときだけ、前記ガイドローラ移動装置によって前記筒状フィルムの胴部を弛ませつつ前記一対のバキュームパッドで前記筒状フィルムの胴部のおもて面と裏面を引っ張ることで、前記筒状フィルムの中を拡げて該固形状の内容物の投入通路を確保し、
前記引っ張り装置は、前記内容物の投入が終了した前記筒状フィルムを前記一対のシゴキローラが挟み込む前に、該筒状フィルムの両側側縁を横方向外側に引っ張って該筒状フィルムの前記シゴキローラで挟み込まれる部分を平らにすることを特徴とする縦型充填包装機。 - 液体またはペースト状の内容物と固形状の内容物が入った内容物入り包装袋を製造可能な縦型充填包装機であって、
下方に送られるシート状のフィルムをその幅中央で折り曲げて該フィルムの幅方向端部を互いに重ね合わせることで筒状フィルムを形成する製袋ガイドと、
前記製袋ガイドの下方に配設され、前記筒状フィルムの重ね合わせ部側の側縁に、または前記筒状フィルムの折り曲げ部側の側縁と重ね合わせ部側の側縁のそれぞれに熱シールを行って縦シール部を形成する縦シール装置と、
下方に送られる前記筒状フィルムの折り曲げ部側の側縁と重ね合わせ部側の側縁を挟み込みつつ回転する複数対のガイドローラと、
前記縦シール装置の下方に配設され、内容物の投入が終了した前記筒状フィルムを挟み込みつつ回転して前記筒状フィルムを下方に送ることで該筒状フィルムに空部を形成する一対のシゴキローラと、
前記一対のシゴキローラの下方に配設され、前記筒状フィルムの前記空部の横方向全幅に亘って熱シールを行って横シール部を形成し、前記筒状フィルムを前記横シール部の位置で切断する横シール装置と、
前記シゴキローラの位置近傍に配設され、前記筒状フィルムの両側側縁を横方向外側に引っ張る引っ張り装置と、
前記筒状フィルムの中に前記固形状の内容物を投入するための第1の投入パイプであって前記筒状フィルムの中を前記縦シール装置の上端より上の位置から下方へ延び、かつ、前記筒状フィルムの内側をガイドしつつ該筒状フィルムの中を拡げて前記固形状の内容物の投入通路を確保する外形形状を有し、該パイプの最下端の出口が前記縦シール装置の下端付近の高さに位置する、前記第1の投入パイプと、
前記筒状フィルムの中に前記液体またはペースト状の内容物を充填するための第2の投入パイプであって前記第1の投入パイプの中を前記縦シール装置の上端より上の位置から下方へ延び、該パイプの最下端の出口が前記シゴキローラの位置より上方に位置する、前記第2の投入パイプと、
を備え、
前記第1の投入パイプの外側に前記筒状フィルムが通るだけの一定の隙間を隔てて外側ガイドが配置されており、
前記引っ張り装置は、前記内容物の投入が終了した前記筒状フィルムを前記一対のシゴキローラが挟み込む前に、該筒状フィルムの両側側縁を横方向外側に引っ張って該筒状フィルムの前記シゴキローラで挟み込まれる部分を平らにすることを特徴とする縦型充填包装機。 - 前記シゴキローラより上方であって前記縦シール装置の下端より下の位置に、前記筒状フィルムを下方へ送りながら該筒状フィルムの両側縁を横方向外側へ引っ張って該筒状フィルムの弛みをとる第2の引っ張り装置を有する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の縦型充填包装機。
- 前記第2の引っ張り装置は、前記複数対のガイドローラのうちの一部のガイドローラ対で構成されており、該一部のガイドローラ対は、各ガイドローラ回転軸の先端方向が斜め下方に向けられている、請求項3に記載の縦型充填包装機。
- 前記シゴキローラと前記横シール装置の間の領域において前記筒状フィルムのおもて面と裏面のそれぞれに対向配置された一対の整形板をさらに有し、前記整形板は、前記筒状フィルムの前記内容物が投入された部分を所定の間隔で挟んで該部分の膨らみを規制することで該部分の形を整える、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の縦型充填包装機。
- 前記シゴキローラと前記縦シール装置の下端の間の領域に、前記筒状フィルムを通過可能な所定の間隔で対向配置された一対のガイドプレートを着脱自在にさらに備えた、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の縦型充填包装機。
- 前記横シール装置は、前記縦シール部と前記横シール部とが交差する包装袋の角部の内側と外側が丸くなるように熱シールと切断を行う、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の縦型充填包装機。
- 液体またはペースト状の内容物と固形状の内容物が入った内容物入り包装袋を製造する方法であって、
下方に送られるシート状のフィルムをその幅中央で折り曲げて該フィルムの幅方向端部を互いに重ね合わせることで筒状フィルムを形成する工程と、
前記筒状フィルムの重ね合わせ部側の側縁に、または前記筒状フィルムの折り曲げ部側の側縁と重ね合わせ部側の側縁のそれぞれに熱シールを行って縦シール部を形成する工程と、
前記筒状フィルムの横方向全幅に亘って熱シールを行って第1の横シール部を形成し、前記筒状フィルムを該第1の横シール部の位置で切断する工程と、
前記筒状フィルムの中に所定の量の前記液体またはペースト状の内容物と前記固形状の内容物を投入する工程であって、前記筒状フィルムの中に該固形状の内容物を投入するときだけ、前記筒状フィルムの両側側縁を横方向内側に移動させて前記筒状フィルムの胴部を弛ませるとともに、前記筒状フィルムの胴部のおもて面と裏面を吸引して引っ張ることにより、前記筒状フィルムの中を拡げて該固形状の内容物の投入通路を確保する装置を使用する工程と、
前記内容物の投入が終了した前記筒状フィルムを、該筒状フィルムの両側側縁を横方向外側に引っ張って該筒状フィルムの前記ローラで挟み込まれる部分を平らにする工程と、
前記内容物の投入が終了した前記筒状フィルムを一対のローラで挟み込みつつ回転して前記筒状フィルムを下方に送ることで該筒状フィルムに空部を形成する工程と、
前記筒状フィルムの前記空部の横方向全幅に亘って熱シールを行って第2の横シール部を形成し、前記筒状フィルムを該第2の横シール部の位置で切断する工程と、
有する、内容物入り包装袋の製造方法。 - 液体またはペースト状の内容物と固形状の内容物が入った内容物入り包装袋を製造する方法であって、
下方に送られるシート状のフィルムをその幅中央で折り曲げて該フィルムの幅方向端部を互いに重ね合わせることで筒状フィルムを形成する工程と、
前記筒状フィルムの重ね合わせ部側の側縁に、または前記筒状フィルムの折り曲げ部側の側縁と重ね合わせ部側の側縁のそれぞれに熱シールを行って縦シール部を形成する工程と、
前記筒状フィルムの横方向全幅に亘って熱シールを行って第1の横シール部を形成し、前記筒状フィルムを該第1の横シール部の位置で切断する工程と、
前記筒状フィルムの中に所定の量の前記液体またはペースト状の内容物と前記固形状の内容物を投入する工程であって、前記筒状フィルムの中に該固形状の内容物を投入するために前記筒状フィルムの中を通って上下方向に延びるパイプであって該筒状フィルムの内側をガイドしつつ該筒状フィルムの中を拡げて前記固形状の内容物の投入通路を確保する外形形状を有するパイプと、該パイプの外側に前記筒状フィルムが通るだけの一定の隙間を隔てて配置された外側ガイドとを使用することを含む工程と、
前記内容物の投入が終了した前記筒状フィルムを、該筒状フィルムの両側側縁を横方向外側に引っ張って該筒状フィルムの前記ローラで挟み込まれる部分を平らにする工程と、
前記内容物の投入が終了した前記筒状フィルムを一対のローラで挟み込みつつ回転して前記筒状フィルムを下方に送ることで前記筒状フィルムに空部を形成する工程と、
前記筒状フィルムの前記空部の横方向全幅に亘って熱シールを行って第2の横シール部を形成し、前記筒状フィルムを該第2の横シール部の位置で切断する工程と、
有する、内容物入り包装袋の製造方法。
