Claims (12)
- 圧縮された、熱可塑性又は熱硬化性連続気泡発泡体からなる本体(1)を備えた吸収性物品であって、
前記本体(1)は超音波作成された窪み(2、3)からなるパターンを前記本体の両側に有し、前記両側における前記窪みは互いに同軸であるとともに、共通の底部(4)によって互いから隔てられ、前記共通の底部は前記本体の残りの部分より高い程度に圧縮されていることを特徴とする吸収性物品。 - 前記窪み(2、3)それぞれの周囲の領域において、気泡のサイズが、前記底部(4)から、前記窪みの開口それぞれに向かって増加することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記窪み(2、3)それぞれの周囲の領域において、前記気泡のサイズが、前記底部(4)から、前記窪みを含有する前記本体(1)の表面と平行に、外側方向へ向かって増加することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記窪み(2、3)のパターンにおける前記窪み(2、3)の前記底部(4)は、互いに接続されておらず、前記窪みのパターンにおける近接する前記底部間の間隔が、前記本体(1)の厚さの少なくとも10%であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記窪み(2、3)のパターンが規則的であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記窪み(2、3)の前記底部(4)における材料が融合されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記本体(1)がポリウレタン発泡体から製造されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 1つ以上の吸収性材料の層をさらに備える請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 創傷パッドである請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の吸収性物品を製造する方法であって、
外表面から突出する突起(8)のパターンを有するカウンターローラー(7)と、超音波溶着装置(5)のホーン(9)との間に、圧縮されていない熱可塑性又は熱硬化性連続気泡発泡体材料のウェブ(6)を供給し、カウンターローラー(7)の突起(8)と超音波溶着装置(5)のホーン(9)との間で前記ウェブ(6)を圧縮することによって、前記ウェブ(6)の両側に窪み(2、3)のパターンを形成し、
前記圧縮されたウェブ(6)から個別の本体(1)を切り取る
