Description
また、本発明は、インターロック回路または別途の回路を構成し、バッテリパックの修理が必要な場合、バッテリモジュール間に位置するサブリレーを作動させることにより、バッテリモジュール間の電気的接続を遮断することができるバッテリパックを提供することを目的とする。

50a、50a’、50b、50b’、50c、50c’:エアバッグ用衝撃感知センサ
60、60’:水分感知センサ
70a、70a’、70b、70b’:衝撃感知センサ

100、100’:バッテリモジュール
200、200’:バッテリ制御部(BCU)
Claims (5)
- バッテリパックであって、
一方向に整列された複数のバッテリセルからなる少なくとも1つのバッテリモジュールと、
前記バッテリモジュールの出力ライン及び前記バッテリモジュール間の接続ラインに設けられる複数のリレーと、
前記複数のリレーに接続され、前記複数のバッテリセルを制御するバッテリ制御部(Battery Circuit Unit)と、
前記バッテリ制御部に接続された少なくとも1つの感知センサとを備え、
前記センサは、エアバッグ用衝撃感知センサ、衝撃感知センサ、または水分感知センサを備え、
前記バッテリパックは、
前記エアバッグ用衝撃感知センサと前記バッテリ制御部との間には、エアバッグ制御部をさらに備え、
前記バッテリ制御部は、前記感知センサの信号に応じて前記複数のリレーを制御し、
前記エアバッグ用衝撃感知センサは、出力された信号を前記バッテリ制御部と前記エアバッグ制御部に同時に伝達することを特徴とするバッテリパック。 - 前記リレーは、前記バッテリ制御部から信号を受信した場合、前記バッテリモジュール間の電気的接続を遮断することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記複数のリレーは、バッテリモジュールの出力ラインに設けられるメインリレーと、前記バッテリモジュール間の接続ラインに設けられるサブリレーとを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記メインリレーと前記サブリレーは、同時に作動するか、個別に作動可能であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリ制御部には、インターロック回路がさらに接続され、バッテリパックの修理時、前記リレーを選択的に制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
