粗面の検査中は、可用性及び精度に対して異なる制約が方法に応じて発生する。白色光干渉法はこの文脈の中で特に適する。コヒーレント光を使用する従来の干渉計とは対照的に、位相情報は評価されず、干渉変調の包絡線の最大が評価される。

6.和を出力するステップIPix=ID(t0+2τC−τe1−τe2)−ISI、
7.3に飛ぶステップ
において行われる。

ゼロクロッシングを検出する第1の変形は、離散化ピクセル値DPixの部分に基づく。値が0と異なる場合、バッファに記憶される。

ブロック(1)に示される量子効率は、活性エリア上の層構造のスペクトル透過及び活性エリア内の吸収を含む。良好な光学解像度のために、長波(赤外線)光の割合ひいてはクロストークの割合も可能な限り低くなければならない。完全放射体では、これは、例えば、赤外線遮断フィルタによって達成することができる。反反射コーティングを施すことにより、活性エリア上の層の透過度をさらに改良することができる。この処理段階を有する出力信号は、生成光電流IPhである。
電荷の蓄積(2)は、フォトFETのトラフ−基板フォトダイオード内で行われる。蓄積は、説明した方式に従って行われる。図示の蓄積周期t1=t0+τC中。電圧VPh1は、偏差δV(t1)を無視してこの時間中に補間されたトラフ電位である。
バルク電圧からドレイン電流IDへの変換は、フォトFET(3)を通して行われる。gmbはバルク相互コンダクタンスである。トランジスタ感度の動作点を適宜選択することにより、放射線感応回路及び蓄電セルの発振時間及び精度を設定することができる。
SIセルにドレイン電流を蓄えるための走査が、ブロック(4)において行われる。部分(2)内でリセットからのロジック分離は当然ながら不可能である。
走査値の保持は、差分IPix=ID(k)−ISI(k−1)の計算及び出力後の時間に相対して、SI記憶セル内の記憶装置(5)によって行われる。誤差δID(k)に対する演算に必要な時間の影響については、アルゴリズムを説明する際にすでに述べた。
処理結果の出力は、出力インタフェース(6)内での生成後、ピクセル電流IPixとしてではなく、電荷パケットq0として行われる。積分器は、IO部によって接続された電流出力IIOPix1と、対応する列ラインのラインキャパシタンスとを有してなる。この出力方法の利点は、アクセス時間が短い(セクション1参照)ことからなる。

・測定信号のノイズ、
・電流メモリセルの書き込み中の電荷誤差
のように著しく非理想的であるにも拘わらず、2つの極値((1/4)λ−)の距離の半分の測定不確実性で最大の位置を見つけることを示している。
放射源としてのハロゲンランプ(T=3000K)では、これは約150nmに対応する。この誤差は、利用される放射源の平均波長に直接リンクされるため、解像度は、適切なより短波の放射線源を選択することによって大幅に改良することができる。そして、波長は、放射線感応エリアのスペクトル感度に調整されなければならない。
Claims (6)
- 容量性要素(CL1)の電荷量(QPix)を決定する装置(3100)であって、
容量性要素(C L1 )であるライン(L1)キャパシタンスに結合された出力(102)を備えたピクセルセル(100;ピクセル)と、
容量性要素(CL1)の電圧(VPix)が、基準電圧(Vcomp)よりも大きいかそれとも小さいかを比較(3112)する装置(3100;A1)と、
容量性要素(CL1)の電圧(VPix)と基準電圧(VComp)との差分が小さくなるように、少なくとも1つの電荷ポンプによって、電流強度及び持続時間により電荷量が定義される電荷パケットを用い、制御機構(3130)が符号変化を検出するまで、容量性要素(CL1)に、最高電荷量である第1の電荷量の電荷パケットを供給/除去し、符号変化が検出されると、第1の電荷量よりも小さな第2の電荷量の電荷パケットを供給/除去し、かつ、最高電荷量である第1の電荷量の電荷パケットが前に供給された場合は、第2の電荷量の電荷パケットを除去し、第1の電荷量の電荷パケットが前に除去された場合は、第2の電荷量の電荷パケットを供給する装置(3120;QSrc)と、
容量性要素(CL1)の電圧(VPix)と基準電圧(Vcomp)との比較中に、前の比較からの符号変化を検出し、符号変化が検出されるまでに容量性要素に供給/から除去された電荷パケット数を加算または減算のカウントをし、電荷パケット数及びその電荷パケットに対応する電荷量に基づいて、容量性要素(CL1)の電荷(QPix)を演算し、電荷アナログ/デジタル変換器により容量性要素(CL1)の電荷に対応するデジタル値(3132;Dout)を決定する装置(3130;制御機構)とを有する
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 電荷を供給/除去する装置(3120;QSrc)は、バイナリステップ電荷量を有する電荷パケットを容量性要素(CL1)に供給/から除去するように設計されると共に、最高バイナリ電荷量の電荷パケットから開始し、次のステップにおいて、最高バイナリ電荷量の次に高いバイナリ電荷量の電荷パケットを供給/除去するようにも設計され、
演算装置(3130;制御機構)は、対応する電荷量に対して対応するデジタル値を加算または減算して、デジタル値(3132;容量性要素(CL1)の電荷に対応するDout)を決定するように設計されている
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 容量性要素(CL1)の電荷量(QPix)を決定する方法(3160)であって、
容量性要素(C L1 )であるライン(L1)キャパシタンスに結合された出力(102)を備えたピクセルセル(100;ピクセル)を用い、
容量性要素(CL1)の電圧(VPix)が、基準電圧(Vcomp)よりも大きいかそれとも小さいかを比較するステップ(3162)と、
容量性要素(CL1)の電圧(VPix)と基準電圧(VComp)との差分が小さくなるように、少なくとも1つの電荷ポンプによって、電流強度及び持続時間により電荷量が定義される電荷パケットを用い、制御機構(3130)が符号変化を検出するまで、容量性要素(CL1)に、最高電荷量である第1の電荷量の電荷パケットを供給/除去し、符号変化が検出されると、第1の電荷量よりも小さな第2の電荷量の電荷パケットを供給/除去し、かつ、最高電荷量である第1の電荷量の電荷パケットが前に供給された場合は、第2の電荷量の電荷パケットを除去し、第1の電荷量の電荷パケットが前に除去された場合は、第2の電荷量の電荷パケットを供給するステップ(3164)と、
容量性要素(CL1)の電圧(VPix)と基準電圧(Vcomp)との比較中に、前の比較からの符号変化を検出し、符号変化が検出されるまでに容量性要素に供給/から除去された電荷パケット数を加算または減算のカウントをし、電荷パケット数及びその電荷パケットに対応する電荷量に基づいて、容量性要素(CL1)の電荷(QPix)を演算し、電荷アナログ/デジタル変換器により容量性要素(CL1)の電荷に対応するデジタル値(3132;Dout)を決定するステップ(3166)とを有する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 電荷ベースで信号を処理する装置(3400)であって、
容量性要素(CL1、L1)と、
第1の電荷生成器(3410)と、
第2の電荷生成器(3420)と、
第1の電荷生成器(3410)及び/または第2の電荷生成器(3420)を容量性要素(CL1、L1)に結合する電荷生成器制御機構(3430)と、
容量性要素(CL1、L1)の電荷量(QPix)を決定する装置(3100)とを有し、
電荷量(QPix)を決定する装置(3100)は、請求項1または2に記載の装置である
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 容量性要素(CL1、L1)、第1の電荷生成器(3410)、及び第2の電荷生成器(3420)を使用して電荷ベースで信号を処理する方法(3560)であって、
第1の電荷生成器(3410)及び/または第2の電荷生成器(3420)を容量性要素(CL1、L1)に結合するステップ(3462)と、
容量性要素(CL1、L1)の電荷量(QPix)を決定する方法(3160)であって、電荷量を決定するステップは、請求項3に記載の方法である
