Description
特に本発明によれば、ASTM D5707における摩擦係数が0.075以下、好ましくは0.070以下であり、ボールの平均摩耗痕径(mm)が0.50以下、好ましくは0.45以下の等速ジョイント用潤滑グリース組成物を得ることができる。
(A)脂肪油残基を有する有機モリブデン錯体0.1〜10重量%
(B)添加剤として、硫化オレフィン、並びにジアルキルチオフォスフェート、ジアルキルフォスフェート、およびジアルキルジチオフォスフェートの混合物のアルキルアミン塩を含有する硫黄−リン系極圧剤0.1〜5重量%、並びに
(C)モリブデンジチオフォスフェートおよびジンクジチオフォスフェートよりなる群から選択されたリンを含む少なくとも1種の添加剤0.1〜5重量%
を含有することを特徴とする等速ジョイント用グリース組成物に関する。
であると考えられている。
基油5400g中において、1モルの4,4′−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(295.1g)と2モルのオクチルアミン(304.9g)を反応させ、生成したウレア化合物を均一に分散、処理してちょう度(25℃、60W):301、滴点:>270℃の性状を有するグリースを得た。ウレア化合物の含有量は10重量%である。
基油5100g中において2モルの4,4′−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(514.67g)と1モルのオクチルアミン(132.99g)、1モルのラウリルアミン(190.54g)および1モルのエチレンジアミン(61.80g)を反応させ、生成したウレア化合物を均一に分散、処理してちょう度(25℃、60W):308、滴点:254℃の性状を有するグリースを得た。ウレア化合物の含有量は15重量%となるようにした。
試験条件
試験片:標準ポール 直径10mm(材質DIN 100Cr6)
標準プレート 直径24×厚み7.85mm
(材質DIN 100Cr6)
荷重/時間 50Nで30秒間ならし運転後、200Nで30分間
周波数 50Hz
試験温度 50℃
摩擦係数 試験終了時の最後の15秒間における平均摩擦係数
1) Mo−Complex(モリブデンコンプレックス)は、MOLYVAN855
(Vanderbilt社製、商品名)である。
2) 硫黄−リン系は、Anglamol 99M(Lubrizol社製、商品名)
である。
3) Mo−DTP(モリブデンジチオフォスフェート)は、Sakuralube
300(旭電化社製、商品名)である。
4) Zn−DTP(ジンクジチオフォスフェート)は、Lubrizol社製
(商品名)である。
実施例1〜3は、耐摩耗性および摩擦係数に優れた結果を示している。
一方、比較例1〜5は、ウレアグリースへ(A)成分である脂肪油残基を有する有機モリブデン錯体単独、(A)成分と(B)成分である特定の硫黄を含有する添加剤との併用、(A)成分と(C)成分である限定されたリンを含有する添加剤との組合せを用いたグリースでSRV試験を行ったものである。
Claims (1)
- 基油とウレア系増ちょう剤からなるグリースにおいて、
(A)脂肪油残基を有する有機モリブデン錯体0.1〜10重量%
(B)添加剤として、硫化オレフィン、並びにジアルキルチオフォスフェート、ジアルキルフォスフェート、およびジアルキルジチオフォスフェートの混合物のアルキルアミン塩を含有する硫黄−リン系極圧剤0.1〜5重量%、並びに
(C)モリブデンジチオフォスフェートおよびジンクジチオフォスフェートよりなる群から選択されたリンを含む少なくとも1種の添加剤0.1〜5重量%
を含有することを特徴とする等速ジョイント用グリース組成物。
