Description
一般式LixMnyFe1-yPO4(ただし、0<x≦2であり、0.5<y<0.95である。)で表される化合物を含有する正極活物質の製造方法であって、
化合物の合成原料となる複数の物質を混合して前駆体とする混合工程と、
混合工程で得られた前駆体を焼成して反応させる焼成工程とを含み、
複数の物質は、シュウ酸鉄を含み、
焼成工程における前駆体の焼成温度は、350℃以上、790℃以下の範囲であり、
混合工程で、還元剤を添加し混合して前駆体とし、
還元剤が鉄粉であり、
鉄粉は、合成原料のうちの鉄原料中のFeの総和に対して1重量%〜30重量%の範囲で前駆体に添加されることを特徴とする。
先ず、正極活物質としてLiMn0.6Fe0.4PO4を合成した。
先ず、正極活物質として、LiMnPO4を合成した。
先ず、正極活物質としてLiMn0.7Fe0.3PO4を合成した。
先ず、正極活物質としてLiMn0.75Fe0.25PO4を合成した。
先ず、正極活物質として、LiMn0.7Fe0.2Ti0.1PO4を合成した。
Claims (3)
- 一般式LixMnyFe1-yPO4(ただし、0<x≦2であり、0.5<y<0.95である。)で表される化合物を含有する正極活物質の製造方法であって、
上記化合物の合成原料となる複数の物質を混合して前駆体とする混合工程と、
上記混合工程で得られた前駆体を焼成して反応させる焼成工程とを含み、
上記複数の物質は、シュウ酸鉄を含み、
上記焼成工程における前駆体の焼成温度は、350℃以上、790℃以下の範囲であり、
上記混合工程で、還元剤を添加し混合して前駆体とし、
上記還元剤が鉄粉であり、
上記鉄粉は、上記合成原料のうちの鉄原料中のFeの総和に対して1重量%〜30重量%の範囲で上記前駆体に添加される正極活物質の製造方法。 - 上記焼成工程における前駆体の焼成温度が、450℃以上、700℃以下の範囲である請求項1に記載の正極活物質の製造方法。
- 上記前駆体の焼成を不活性ガス雰囲気中で行う請求項1〜2の何れかに記載の正極活物質の製造方法。
