先ず、正極活物質としてLiMn0.6Fe0.4PO4を合成した。
先ず、正極活物質として、LiMnPO4を合成した。
先ず、正極活物質としてLiMn0.7Fe0.3PO4を合成した。
先ず、正極活物質としてLiMn0.75Fe0.25PO4を合成した。
先ず、正極活物質として、LiMn0.7Fe0.2Ti0.1PO4を合成した。
Claims (3)
- 一般式LixMnyFe1-yPO4(ただし、0<x≦2であり、0.5<y<0.95である。)で表される単相の化合物を含有し、かつ上記単相のLixMnyFe1-yPO4と導電性材料とからなる複合体であり、
上記LixMnyFe1-yPO4は、粒子径が10μm以下であるものを含み、ブルナウアー・エメット・テーラー比表面積が0.5m2/g以上である非水電解質電池用の正極活物質。 - 上記導電性材料は、カーボン、銀または導電性高分子である請求項1記載の非水電解質電池用の正極活物質。
- 正極活物質を有する正極と、
金属リチウム、リチウム合金、リチウムがドープされた導電性高分子または層状化合物を含む負極活物質を有する負極と、
上記正極と上記負極との間に介在された電解質とを有し、
上記正極活物質は、一般式LixMnyFe1-yPO4(ただし、0<x≦2であり、0.5<y<0.95である。)で表される単相の化合物を含有し、かつ上記単相のLixMnyFe1-yPO4と導電性材料とからなる複合体であり、
上記LixMnyFe1-yPO4は、粒子径が10μm以下であるものを含み、ブルナウアー・エメット・テーラー比表面積が0.5m2/g以上である非水電解質電池。
