Description
回動規制機構部50の組立手順の一例を説明する。
まず、作業者は、連結部材53と処置部固定部材52とを用意する。そして、処置部固定部材52の処置部固定部56を、連結部材53の第1連結部材孔53bの開口を介して該第1連結部材孔53bに挿入する。すると、処置部固定部56は、第1連結部材孔53b、第2連結部材孔53cを通過して該第2連結部材孔53cの開口から突出し、その後、回動保持用段部57aが保持面53dに当接して、処置部固定部材52が連通孔53a内に配置される。この配置状態において、回動軸部59が第1連結部材孔53b内に配設される。
本実施形態に係る把持鉗子70は、図19に示すようにコイルシース71を備え、シース先端71aには処置部33Aを構成する後述するストッパ部材である先端カバー75が固設され、コイルシース71の基端は図示しない操作部の本体に一体的に固定されている。

Claims (7)
- 内視鏡挿入部が備える処置具チャンネルを介して体腔内に導入される内視鏡用処置具で構成された医療装置であって、
管状の挿入部と、
前記挿入部の先端面より先端側に位置するように配置され、前記挿入部に対して回動可能であって、体腔内において処置を行う処置部と、
前記挿入部内に進退自在に挿通され、周方向に対して回動されて、前記処置部を周方向へ回動させる回動力を伝達する可撓性を有し、回転操作に伴って生じる捩れを捩り力として蓄積する、回動力伝達部材と、
前記回動力伝達部材に蓄積された捩り力が開放されたときの回動力によって回動された前記処置部の前記挿入部に対する回動位置を、第1の回動規制位置及び該第1の回動規制位置から所定の角度、回動した第2の回動規制位置に規制する回動規制機構部と、
前記処置部の前記挿入部に対する回動位置が前記第1の回動規制位置又は第2の回動規制位置の何れにあるかの確認および前記処置部の回動可能な方向を確認するために一致した状態と位置ずれした状態とに変化する指標と、
を具備することを特徴とする医療装置。 - さらに、前記処置部と前記回動規制機構部とを接続する接続部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記回動規制機構部は、
前記挿入部に一体的に設けられ、周方向の規制面を有する回動規制部材と、
前記回動規制部材の規制面に当接して、前記回動力伝達部材によって伝達された回動力によって回動された処置部を第1の回動規制位置又は第2の回動規制位置に停止させる当接面を有するストッパ部材と、
前記ストッパ部材を前記回動規制部材に対して回動自在に保持すると共に、前記ストッパ部材が前記回動規制部材から脱落することを防止する連結部材と、
を具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。 - 前記回動規制機構部が規制する第1の回動規制位置から第2の回動規制位置までの回動角度は180度未満であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の医療装置。
- 前記処置部は、一対の生検カップを開閉自在に備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の医療装置。
- 前記処置部は、一対の鉗子片を回動自在に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記処置部は、高周波を通電可能な導電性ワイヤを有するナイフ部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
