Description
SiO2はガラスを安定化する成分であり必須である。SiO2は30質量%以上であることが好ましい。30質量%未満では安定なガラスを得にくくなり、焼成時に結晶が析出し、基板が反りやすくなる。SiO2は、より好ましくは35質量%以上である。一方、SiO2は70質量%以下であることが好ましい。65質量%超では溶解性が悪化し、均質なガラスを安価に生産することが困難になる。SiO2は、より好ましくは63質量%以下である。
Fe2O3は、実質的に含有しないことが好ましい。Fe2O3を含有する場合には、その量は0.05質量%以下でなければならない。0.05質量%超では、Fe2O3が460nmの光を吸収し、この波長における反射率が低下する。より好ましくは0.04質量%以下であり、さらに好ましくは0.03質量%以下である。
B2O3はガラスの焼結性を促進する成分であり必須である。B2O3は10質量%以上であることが好ましい。B2O3は、より好ましくは11質量%以上、さらに好ましくは12質量%以上である。一方B2O3は28質量%以下であることが好ましい。28質量%超では、溶解時にガラスが分相しやすくなる。分相しやすいガラスは、安定な量産に適さない。B2O3は、より好ましくは24質量%以下、さらに好ましくは20質量%以下である。

- 20〜50質量%のホウケイ酸系ガラス粉末と、25〜55質量%のアルミナフィラー粉末と、10〜45質量%の前記アルミナフィラー粉末よりも高屈折率のフィラー粉末(高屈折率フィラー粉末)とを含み、前記ホウケイ酸系ガラス粉末が、酸化物換算で、SiO2を30〜70質量%、B2O3を5〜28質量%、Al2O3を5〜30質量%、CaOを3〜35質量%、SrOを0〜25質量%、BaOを0〜25質量%、Na2Oを0〜10質量%、K2Oを0〜10質量%、Na2O+K2Oを0.5〜10質量%、CaO+SrO+BaOを3〜40質量%を含有し、Fe 2 O 3 を実質的に含有しないあるいはその含有量が0.05質量%以下であり、PbOを含有せず、以下の条件を満たすことを特徴とするセラミックス原料組成物。
前記ホウケイ酸系ガラス粉末中の質量%表記で含有される「B2O3の含有量の3倍」+「(CaOの含有量+SrOの含有量+BaOの含有量)の2倍」+「(Na2Oの含有量+K2Oの含有量)の10倍」の値が、105〜165の範囲内である。 - 前記ホウケイ酸系ガラス粉末が、酸化物換算で、SiO2を55超〜70質量%、B2O3を5〜15質量%、Al2O3を5〜15質量%、CaOを3〜20質量%、SrOを0〜10重量%、BaOを0〜10重量%、Na2Oを0〜10質量%、K2Oを0〜10質量%、CaO+SrO+BaOを3〜20質量%、Na2O+K2Oを4〜10質量%を含有し、Fe 2 O 3 を実質的に含有しないあるいはその含有量が0.05質量%以下であり、PbOを含有せず、かつ、質量%表記で含有される「B2O3の含有量の3倍」+「(CaO+SrO+BaOの含有量)の2倍」+「(Na2Oの含有量+K2Oの含有量)の10倍」の値が、105〜140の範囲内である請求項1記載のセラミックス原料組成物。
- 前記ホウケイ酸系ガラス粉末が、酸化物換算で、SiO2を30〜55質量%、B2O3を10〜28質量%、Al2O3を5〜30質量%、CaOを3〜35質量%、SrOを0〜25質量%、BaOを0〜25質量%、Na2Oを0〜10質量%、K2Oを0〜10質量%、Na2O+K2Oを0.5〜10質量%、CaO+SrO+BaOを10〜40質量%を含有し、Fe 2 O 3 を実質的に含有しないあるいはその含有量が0.05質量%以下であり、PbOを含有せず、かつ、質量%表記で含有される「B2O3の含有量の3倍」+「(CaO+SrO+BaOの含有量)の2倍」+「(Na2Oの含有量+K2Oの含有量)の10倍」の値が、105〜165の範囲内である請求項1記載のセラミック原料組成物。
- 焼成することにより得られるセラミックス焼結体中のガラス相の結晶化率が体積比率で60%以下となる請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のセラミックス原料組成物。
- 前記高屈折率フィラー粉末が、屈折率1.95を超えるセラミックスである請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のセラミックス原料組成物。
- 前記高屈折率フィラー粉末が、ジルコニア、安定化ジルコニアまたは部分安定化ジルコニアである請求項5記載のセラミックス原料組成物。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のセラミックス原料組成物を成型し焼成して得られたセラミックス基板と、前記セラミックス基板に関連して形成された配線導体を備える発光ダイオード素子搭載用パッケージ。
