Description
本体(21)の外形形状を成形する第1金型(71)と、第1金型(71)に穴(27)の軸方向へ挿入され、穴(27)を成形する円柱部(77、78、79)、および脱落防止部(23)を成形する円周状の溝部(80)を有する第2金型(72)とを用い、
第2金型(72)において溝部(80)の深さがシール部材(22)の径方向の厚さの半分以下となっており、第1金型(71)の内側空間部に第2金型(72)を挿入した状態で本体(21)および脱落防止部(23)を樹脂にて一体成形し、第2金型(72)を第1金型(71)に対して離型する際に、脱落防止部(23)によるアンダーカット部を弾性的に変形させることにより、第1金型(71)の内側空間部から第2金型(72)を無理抜きすることを特徴とする。
脱落防止部(23)の径方向中心側への突出量はシール部材(22)の径方向の厚さの半分以下となっており、本体(21)を成形用金型(72)で樹脂成形する際に、脱落防止部(23)によるアンダーカット部を弾性的に変形させて成形用金型(72)を無理抜きすることにより、脱落防止部(23)が本体(21)と一体成形されるようになっていることを特徴とする。
なお、上記一実施形態では、接続継ぎ手24をインジェクタ1と低圧燃料配管7との接続部に用いているが、接続継ぎ手24を種々の配管接続部に用いることができる。

Claims (3)
- 管状の接続対象部材(25)が挿入される円柱状の穴(27)を有する本体(21)と、
前記穴(27)に挿入され、前記穴(27)の内周部(42)と前記接続対象部材(25)の外周部(43)とに接触するシール部材(22)と、
前記穴(27)の内周部(42)より径方向中心側へ向かって円周状に突出し、前記シール部材(22)が前記穴(27)の開口部(28)側へ脱落することを防止する脱落防止部(23)とを備える接続継ぎ手の製造方法であって、
前記本体(21)の外形形状を成形する第1金型(71)と、
前記第1金型(71)に前記穴(27)の軸方向へ挿入され、前記穴(27)を成形する円柱部(77、78、79)、および前記脱落防止部(23)を成形する円周状の溝部(80)を有する第2金型(72)とを用い、
前記第2金型(72)において前記溝部(80)の深さが前記シール部材(22)の径方向の厚さの半分以下となっており、
前記第1金型(71)の内側空間部に前記第2金型(72)を挿入した状態で前記本体(21)および前記脱落防止部(23)を樹脂にて一体成形し、
前記第2金型(72)を前記第1金型(71)に対して離型する際に、前記脱落防止部(23)によるアンダーカット部を弾性的に変形させることにより、前記第1金型(71)の内側空間部から前記第2金型(72)を無理抜きすることを特徴とする接続継ぎ手の製造方法。 - 前記溝部(80)が、前記第2金型(72)の径方向中心側へ向かって細くなるテーパ状である請求項1に記載の接続継ぎ手の製造方法。
- 管状の接続対象部材(25)が挿入される円柱状の穴(27)を有し、樹脂にて成形される本体(21)と、
前記穴(27)に挿入され、前記穴(27)の内周部(42)と前記接続対象部材(25)の外周部(43)とに接触するシール部材(22)と、
前記穴(27)の内周部(42)より径方向中心側へ向かって円周状に突出し、前記シール部材(22)が前記穴(27)の開口部(28)側へ脱落することを防止する脱落防止部(23)とを備え、
前記脱落防止部(23)の径方向中心側への突出量は前記シール部材(22)の径方向の厚さの半分以下となっており、
前記本体(21)を成形用金型(72)で樹脂成形する際に、前記脱落防止部(23)によるアンダーカット部を弾性的に変形させて前記成形用金型(72)を無理抜きすることにより、前記脱落防止部(23)が前記本体(21)と一体成形されるようになっていることを特徴とする接続継ぎ手。
