Description

特許文献2は、一対の電池パックを収容するハウジング内に配列される一対の電池パックを含み、電池パックは互いに対向し、それぞれの電池パックは一つ以上の電池モジュールを含み、それぞれの電池モジュールは複数の単位電池を含み、一つの電池パックの間にギャップが形成されて第1流路を形成し、それぞれの電池パックとハウジングの内面の間にギャップが形成されて第2流路を形成する電池組立体を開示する。
また、前記断熱物質は、樹脂を含むこととしても良い。

Claims (19)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置される第1電池パックと、
前記ハウジング内に前記第1電池パックと離隔して配置され、前記第1電池パックとの間に冷却材を流動させる第1流路を形成する第2電池パックと、
を含み、
前記第1電池パックおよび前記第2電池パックと前記ハウジングの内面との間に、前記冷却材を流動させる第2流路が形成され、
前記ハウジングは、前記第1流路と前記第2流路とが接する地点に断熱部材を含む、電池組立体。 - 前記第1流路は、前記第1流路内での前記冷却材の流動方向に沿って幅が狭く又は同一に維持される、請求項1に記載の電池組立体。
- 前記第2流路は、前記第2流路内での前記冷却材の流動方向に沿って幅が広く又は同一に維持される、請求項1または2に記載の電池組立体。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記第2流路に沿って熱伝導性物質を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の電池組立体。
- 前記熱伝導性物質は、スチール、ステンレススチール、アルミニウム、亜鉛コーティングスチールおよびこれらの結合物を含む群より選択される、請求項4に記載の電池組立体。
- 前記断熱部材は、樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の電池組立体。
- 前記断熱部材は、前記第1流路と一列に整列され、前記断熱部材の幅は、前記第1電池パックと前記第2電池パックとの間の距離よりも大きく形成される、請求項1または6に記載の電池組立体。

前記ハウジング内に配置される第1電池パックと、
前記ハウジング内に前記第1電池パックと離隔して配置され、前記第1電池パックとの間に冷却材を流動させる第1流路を形成する第2電池パックと、

前記第1電池パックおよび前記第2電池パックと前記ハウジングの内面との間に、前記冷却材を流動させる第2流路が形成され、
前記第2流路に位置し前記冷却材の逆流を防止するための一つ以上の突起をさらに含む、電池組立体。 - 前記第1電池パックおよび前記第2電池パックは、複数の電池を含む電池モジュールと、前記電池モジュールを支持する支持体とを含み、
前記支持体は、前記電池モジュールと前記第2流路との間で断熱物質を含む、請求項8に記載の電池組立体。 - 前記断熱物質は、樹脂を含む、請求項9に記載の電池組立体。
- 前記一つ以上の突起は、前記ハウジングと前記支持体との間の前記第2流路に位置する、請求項9または10に記載の電池組立体。
- 前記一つ以上の突起は、前記支持体および前記ハウジングの内面のうちの少なくとも一つから斜めに突出する、請求項11に記載の電池組立体。
- 前記一つ以上の突起は、前記支持体および前記ハウジングのうちの少なくとも一つと一体に形成される、請求項12に記載の電池組立体。
- 前記電池モジュールは、前記電池を前記支持体に固定するための少なくとも一つの連結部材をさらに含む、請求項9〜13のいずれか1項に記載の電池組立体。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記第2流路に沿って形成された冷却装置をさらに含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の電池組立体。
