Claims (16)
- 다수 개의 단위 전지를 적층 배열하여 이루어지는 적어도 1개의 전지 집합체와,상기 전지 집합체를 내장시키고 온도 제어용 냉각매체를 유통시키는 하우징,상기 하우징을 따라 형성되는 냉각매체 진행 통로 내에 통로의 길이방향으로 설치되는 유도판과, 상기 유도판의 측면을 따라 간격을 두고 설치되며 상기 전지 집합체쪽으로 돌출되는 돌출부재를 포함하여 냉각매체의 진행방향을 전지 집합체쪽으로 유도하는 유도부를 포함하는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 유도부는 냉각매체가 유입되는 통로 상에 설치되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 유도부는 상기 전지 집합체의 양 선단부를 제외한 중간부에 위치하는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 유도부의 두께는 상기 통로의 단면 폭에 대해 25 ~ 35% 범위내인 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 돌출부재는 냉각매체가 유입되는 쪽을 향하는 단위 전지의 측면과 동일 선상에 정렬되도록 상기 유도판을 따라 설치되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 돌출부재는 상기 전지 집합체의 단위 전지와 이웃하는 단위 전지 사이에 위치하도록 상기 유도판을 따라 설치되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 돌출부재는 상기 유도판에 대해 직각으로 설치되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 돌출부재는 상기 유도판에 대해 각도를 두고 경사지게 설치되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제9 항에 있어서,상기 돌출부재는 냉각매체가 진행하는 방향을 따라 유도판에 눕혀지도록 경사진 구조의 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 전지 집합체는 두 개가 한쌍을 이루어 서로 대향 배치되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제11 항에 있어서,상기 전지 집합체가 상기 하우징 내부의 동일 평면상에 배치되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 전지 집합체는 단위 전지와 단위 전지 사이에 전지격벽이 설치되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 하우징은 양 선단에 냉각매체가 유입되는 유입구와 각 단위전지를 거친 냉각매체가 배출되는 배출구가 형성되며, 내부의 전지 집합체 양 측면에는 유입구 및 배출구와 연통되는 냉각매체 유입통로와 배출통로가 형성되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 전지 집합체는 한 쌍이 하우징 내에 대향 배치되고, 상기 하우징의 중앙에 유입구와 유입통로가 형성되고, 상기 하우징의 양측에 배출통로와 배출구가 형성되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 전지 모듈이 모터 구동용인 이차 전지 모듈.
