Claims (7)
- 複数個の単位電池が所定の間隔を開けて配置され一つの列を形成する電池列と、当該電池列が内蔵されるハウジングと、を含む二次電池モジュールであって、
前記ハウジングは、当該ハウジング内に冷却媒体を側面から流入する流入口と、当該冷却媒体を当該流入口に対向する面に排出する排出口とを有し、
前記電池列は、隣接する前記単位電池の間に形成されかつ前記冷却媒体を通過させる流通路を有し、
前記二次電池モジュールは、一対となる二つの電池列を含み、
前記二つの電池列は、同一平面上で、前記ハウジングの冷却媒体流入口に向かって開く方向に傾くように配置され、
前記ハウジングの前記流入口から流入される前記冷却媒体は、傾くように配置される前記二つの電池列により偏向されて前記流通路を通過した後、前記排出口から流出されることを特徴とする二次電池モジュール。 - 前記電池列において、隣接する単位電池の間に電池隔壁が設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記二つの電池列が、前記流入口の開口方向に垂直な方向に対して傾斜する角度は、5゜より大きく170゜より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記流入口の幅は、前記二つの電池列における前記流入口側の端部同士が離隔する長さと略同一であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記二つの電池列において、前記流入口側の端部同士と前記排出口側の端部同士とは、いずれも離隔し、前記流入口側の端部同士が離隔する距離は、前記排出口側の端部同士が離隔する距離よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記単位電池は、角形に構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記二次電池モジュールは、モータ駆動用であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
