Description
Claims (15)
- 적층 배열되는 복수개의 단위 전지;상기 단위 전지 사이에 배치되고, 적어도 일면에 두께 방향으로 함몰된 열전달 매체의 유통로가 형성되는 판부재;를 포함하는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 판부재는 적어도 하나 이상의 가장자리에 상기 단위 전지의 외주면 모서리에 걸려지도록 굽어진 절곡부가 형성된 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 절곡부는 단위 전지에 설치된 외부단자가 상부에 위치하도록 상기 단위 전지를 세웠을 때를 기준으로, 상기 단위 전지의 측부에 밀착되도록 형성되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 절곡부는 상기 판부재의 대칭되는 양측 가장자리에 형성되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제4 항에 있어서,상기 유통로는 일측 절곡부에서 타측 절곡부까지 길게 이어져 형성되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 유통로는 상기 절곡부가 굽어질 때 기준이 되는 축보다 더 외측으로 이어져 형성되고, 상기 축과 상기 유통로의 측단부 사이의 거리는 상기 판부재의 두께보다 크고 상기 단위 전지의 두께보다 작게 이루어지는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 판부재는 상기 절곡부가 양측 가장자리에서 직각으로 절곡되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 판부재는 일측 가장자리에만 상기 단위 전지의 외주면 모서리에 걸려지도록 굽어진 절곡부가 형성되고 타측 가장자리는 곧게 뻗은 구조로 이루어지는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제8 항에 있어서,상기 유통로는 상기 절곡부에서 타측 단부까지 이어져 형성되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제8 항에 있어서,상기 판부재는 상기 절곡부가 일측 가장자리에서 직각으로 절곡되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 유통로는 관통 홀로 이루어지는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 유통로는 홈으로 이루어지는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 유통로는 직사각형으로 이루어지는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 판부재는 평판에 타공하여 유통로를 형성한 후, 가장자리가 상기 단위 전지의 외주면 모서리에 걸려지도록 절곡하여 형성된 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 이차 전지 모듈은 모터 구동용인 이차 전지 모듈.
