Abstract
【解決手段】本発明による電池モジュールにおいて、単位電池の効率的な配置により温度制御効果が優れていながら電池モジュールの大きさを縮小できるように、複数の単位電池が積層配列され、少なくとも一つ以上の電池列と、前記電池列が内蔵され、温度制御用の冷却媒体が流通するハウジングを含む電池モジュールにおいて、前記電池列は、冷却媒体が前記ハウジングに流入する方向に対して傾いて、冷却媒体の流入を妨げるように配置されて、冷却媒体は単位電池間の間隙を通過しながら電池を冷却する二次電池モジュールを提供する。

Claims (11)
- 複数個の単位電池が積層配列された少なくとも一つ以上の電池列と、冷却媒体が流入する流入口、及び当該冷却媒体が排出される排出口が形成され、前記電池列が内蔵されるハウジングと、を含む二次電池モジュールにおいて、
前記電池列は、冷却媒体が前記ハウジングに流入する方向に対して傾くように配置されることを特徴とする二次電池モジュール。 - 前記二次電池モジュールは、一対となる二つの電池列を含み、
前記二つの電池列は、互いに傾くように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記電池列のそれぞれは、同一平面上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記電池列において、隣接する単位電池の間に電池隔壁が設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記二次電池モジュールは、一対となる二つの電池列を含み、
前記二つの電池列は、前記ハウジングの冷却媒体流入口に向かって開くように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記二つの電池列が、冷却媒体の流入方向に対して傾斜する角度は、5゜より大きく170゜より小さいことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記流入口の幅は、前記2つの電池列における前記流入口側の端部同士が離隔する長さと略同一であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記排出口の幅は、前記ハウジングの内側における一つの側面と、前記2つの電池列のうち当該側面に近接する電池列における、前記流入口側の端部とが、離隔する長さと略同一であることを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれか1つに記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記二つの電池列において、前記流入口側の端部同士と前記排出口側の端部同士とは、いずれも離隔し、前記流入口側の端部同士が離隔する距離は、前記排出口側の端部同士が離隔する距離よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記単位電池は、角形に構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記二次電池モジュールは、モータ駆動用であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
