Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 다수 개의 단위 전지를 적층 배열하여 이루어지는 적어도 1의 전지 집합체와,상기 전지 집합체가 위치하는 정착부와, 상기 정착부의 양 측면에서 연통설치되어 냉각매체를 전지 집합체로 유입/배출시키는 유입통로와 배출통로를 포함하고, 상기 통로중 적어도 하나의 통로는 정착부에 대해 단차져 일부 영역만을 통해 정착부와 연통되는 하우징을 포함하는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 전지 집합체는 상기 하우징의 길이 방향을 따라 배치되고, 상기 통로는 전지 집합체를 따라 하우징에 길이방향으로 형성되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 하우징의 정착부에 단차져 연결되는 통로는 냉각매체가 유입되는 유입통로인 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항 또는 제3 항에 있어서,상기 하우징의 정착부에 단차져 연결되는 통로는 냉각매체가 배출되는 배출 통로인 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 통로는 길이방향을 따라 상단 또는 하단이 정착부에 대해 안쪽으로 단차진 구조의 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 통로는 길이방향을 따라 상단과 하단이 정착부에 대해 안쪽으로 단차져 중앙부만을 통해 연통된 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 통로의 상단 또는 하단의 단차량은 정착부의 단면 높이에 대해 각각 13 ~ 23%로 설정되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 전지 집합체는 두 개가 한쌍을 이루어 서로 대향 배치되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제8 항에 있어서,상기 전지 집합체가 상기 하우징 내부의 동일 평면상에 배치되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 전지 집합체는 단위 전지와 단위 전지 사이에 전지격벽이 설치되는 이차 전지 모듈.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 전지 집합체는 한 쌍이 하우징 내에 대향 배치되고, 상기 하우징의 중앙에 유입구와 유입통로가 형성되고, 상기 하우징의 양측에 배출통로와 배출구가 형성되는 이차 전지 모듈
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 전지 모듈이 모터 구동용인 이차 전지 모듈.
