Claims (10)
- 일정간격으로 배열되고 단자에 체결되는 도전체와 너트를 매개로 전기적으로 연결되는 다수개의 단위 전지와,상기 적층된 단위 전지의 양쪽 최 외측에 위치하는 체결판과, 상기 체결판을 조여 단위 전지를 고정시키는 볼트와 너트,상기 적층된 단위 전지가 내장되고 일측에 온도 제어용 공기가 유통되는 유입구와 배출구가 형성된 하우징을 포함하고,상기 단위 전지는 단자가 서로 마주보도록 배치된 적어도 두 개의 전지 열로 나뉘어져 중앙구조물을 사이에 두고 양측에 설치되는 구조의 전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중앙구조물은 양 측면에 각 단위 전지가 기밀을 유지한 상태로 결합되는 전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 단위 전지의 단자간 연결은 상기 중앙구조물 내에서 이루어지는 전지 모듈.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 중앙구조물은 각 단위 전지에 설치되는 안전밸브와 연통된 구조의 전지 모듈.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 중앙구조물의 일측에 중앙구조물 내부로 배출된 단위 전지의 가스를 방출시키기 위한 방출구가 형성되는 전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단위 전지 사이에 단위 전지 사이의 간격을 유지하 고 냉각용 공기를 유통시키기 위한 전지격벽이 설치되는 전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유입구가 상기 하우징의 상부에 형성되고 상기 배출구는 상기 하우징의 하부에 형성되어 공기가 단위 전지를 상하방향으로 통과하는 전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 체결판을 고정시키는 볼트는 상기 중앙구조물을 관통하는 전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단위 전지는 각형으로 이루어진 전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지 모듈은 HEV용인 전지 모듈.
