Claims (10)
- 일정간격으로 배열되는 다수개의 단위 전지와, 상기 단위 전지가 내장되고 온도 제어용 공기가 유통되는 하우징을 포함하는 전지 모듈에 있어서,상기 단위 전지는 단자가 서로 마주보도록 배치된 적어도 두 개의 전지 열로 나뉘어져 중앙구조물을 사이에 두고 양측에 설치되는 구조의 전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중앙구조물은 양 측면에 각 단위 전지가 기밀을 유지한 상태로 결합되는 전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 중앙구조물 내에 각 단자를 전기적으로 연결시키는 단자간 연결회로가 구비되는 전지 모듈.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 중앙구조물은 각 단위 전지에 설치되는 안전밸브와 연통된 구조의 전지 모듈.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 중앙구조물의 일측에 중앙구조물 내부로 배출된 단위 전지의 가스를 방출시키기 위한 방출구가 형성되는 전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단위 전지 사이에 단위 전지 사이의 간격을 유지하고 냉각용 공기를 유통시키기 위한 전지격벽이 설치되는 전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 상부에 냉각용 공기 유입구가 형성되고 하부에 배출구가 형성되어 공기가 단위 전지를 상하방향으로 통과하는 전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지 열의 외측에 위치하는 체결판과, 상기 중앙구조물을 관통하여 상기 체결판을 고정시키는 볼트와 너트를 포함하여 각 단위 전지를 체결고정하도록 된 전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단위 전지는 각형으로 이루어진 전지 모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지 모듈은 HEV용인 전지 모듈.
