Abstract
【解決手段】一定の間隔で配置される複数の単位電池12、及び前記単位電池12が内蔵されて、温度制御用空気が流通するハウジング14を含む電池モジュール10において、前記単位電池12は、端子18が互いに対向するように配置された少なくとも二つの電池列11に分けられて、中央構造物13を間に置いて当該中央構造物13の両側に設置される構造の電池モジュールを提供する。

Description
また、図5Bに示されたように、締結板20”は、電池列11の外側の一側に配置される際に、前記例のようにその数を一つではなく、二つ以上に分離されて配置される。この時、この分離された締結板20”の間に中央構造物13が位置する。図5Bでは、四つの締結板20”が八つの締結棒21”及びこれにネジ結合されるナット22”によって締結固定されることを示している。

Claims (11)
- 一定の間隔で配置される複数の単位電池、及び前記単位電池が内蔵されて、温度制御用空気が流通するハウジングを含む電池モジュールにおいて、
前記単位電池は、端子が互いに対向するように配置された少なくとも二つの電池列に分けられて、中央構造物を間に置いて当該中央構造物の両側に設置される構造である、二次電池モジュール。 - 前記中央構造物は、両側面に各単位電池が気密を維持した状態で結合される、請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記中央構造物内に、各端子を電気的に接続する端子間連結回路が形成される、請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記中央構造物は、各単位電池に設置される安全バルブと連通する構造である、請求項3に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記中央構造物の一側に、中央構造物の内部に流入した単位電池のガスを放出するための放出口が形成される、請求項4に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記単位電池同士の間に、単位電池の間の間隔を維持して、温度制御用空気を流通させるための電池隔壁が設置される、請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記ハウジングは、上部に温度制御用空気の流入口が形成され、下部に排出口が形成されて、空気が単位電池を上下方向に通過する、請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記電池列の外側に位置する締結板、この締結板に固定される締結棒、及びナットを含んで各単位電池を締結固定する構造を有する、請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記単位電池は角形である、請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記電池モジュールはモータ駆動用である、請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記中央構造物は不導体からなる、請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
