Claims (12)
- 導電性金属を主体とする基材と、該基材の表面を被覆する膜厚10nm以下のDLC膜とを備える電極集電体と、
前記DLC膜の表面に形成された電極合材層と
を備え、
前記DLC膜は、親水性官能基が存在する親水性表面を有する、リチウム二次電池用電極。 - 前記親水性官能基として、窒素原子を含む極性官能基を有する、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池用電極。
- 前記窒素原子を含む極性官能基として、アミド基、アミノ基及びイミド基から成る群から選択される少なくとも一つを有する、請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池用電極。
- 前記導電性金属は、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金である、請求項1〜3の何れか一つに記載のリチウム二次電池用電極。
- リチウム二次電池用電極を製造する方法であって、
導電性金属を主体とする基材を用意する工程と、
前記用意した基材の表面に膜厚10nm以下のDLC膜を形成する工程と、
前記形成したDLC膜の表面を親水化するための表面処理工程と、
電極活物質と分散媒体とを含む電極合材層形成用組成物を用意して、当該組成物を前記DLC膜の表面に付与して電極合材層を形成する工程と
を含む、リチウム二次電池用電極の製造方法。 - 前記膜形成工程において、前記DLC膜は、前記基材にカーボンを物理蒸着または化学蒸着することにより形成される、請求項5に記載のリチウム二次電池用電極の製造方法。
- 前記表面処理工程において、前記DLC膜の表面に、親水性官能基として窒素原子を含む極性官能基を導入する、請求項5または6に記載のリチウム二次電池用電極の製造方法。
- 前記窒素原子を含む極性官能基として、アミド基、アミノ基及びイミド基から成る群から選択される少なくとも一つを導入する、請求項7に記載のリチウム二次電池用電極の製造方法。
- 前記導電性金属として、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金を用いる、請求項5〜8の何れか一つに記載のリチウム二次電池用電極の製造方法。

- 請求項11に記載のリチウム二次電池を備える車両。
