Claims (10)
- (a)電極支持体と、
(b)カバー層と、

(f)導電性材料からなる対電極である第3の電極とを有しており、
前記対電極は、液体サンプルが前記対電極に接触する前に前記作用電極及び前記参照電極に接触するように該作用電極及び該参照電極に対して位置しており、
前記3つの電極のうち少なくとも1つの電極が、前記電極支持体上に配置され、前記残りの2つの電極のうち少なくとも1つの電極が、前記カバー層上に配置されている、バイオセンサストリップ。 - 前記作用インクは、酵素及びメディエータを含む請求項1に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記酵素は、ブドウ糖酸化酵素及びブドウ糖脱水素酵素からなる群から選択される請求項2に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記メディエータは、フェリシアン化塩である請求項2に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記メディエータは、フェロセン又はその誘導体である請求項2に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記メディエータは、フェナントロリンキノン又はその誘導体である請求項2に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- (a)請求項1のバイオセンサストリップを準備するステップと、
(b)前記バイオセンサストリップに前記生物学的液体を供給するステップと、
(c)前記バイオセンサストリップをアナライトモニターに挿入するステップと、
(d)前記参照電極に関して作用電極に電圧を印加するステップと、
(e)前記作用電極と前記対電極との間に流れる電流を測定するステップと、
(f)前記アナライトの濃度に測定された電流を関連させるステップとを含む、生物学的な流体のサンプルのアナライトの濃度を決定する方法。 - 前記スペーサ層は、接着剤を含む請求項1に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記接着剤は感圧接着剤である請求項8に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
- 前記参照電極は、液体サンプルが前記作用電極に接触する前に前記参照電極に接触するように前記作用電極に対して位置している請求項1に記載のバイオセンサストリップ。
