Claims (10)
- 円形状の底壁を有し、該底壁の外縁に沿って搬送路が形成されたフィーダボウルと、
ねじり振動を付与できるように前記フィーダボウルを支持し、前記底壁に供給された被搬送物を前記搬送路に沿って搬送するフィーダ本体と、
前記フィーダ本体を支持する本体支持部とを備え、
前記搬送路は、上昇レールと、該上昇レールの搬送方向下流側に配置された下降レールとを備えており、
前記本体支持部は、前記ねじり振動の中心となるねじり軸が鉛直方向から傾斜するように、前記フィーダ本体を水平面上に支持し、
前記上昇レール及び下降レールは、前記フィーダ本体が前記本体支持部を介して水平面に支持された状態で、被搬送物を水平方向に対してそれぞれ上方及び下方に向けて搬送する振動フィーダ。 - 前記下降レールは、被搬送物の搬送方向下流側に向けて下方への傾斜が徐々に大きくなるように形成されている請求項1に記載の振動フィーダ。
- 前記搬送路は、搬送路幅を狭めて被搬送物を整列させる整列レールを前記下降レールの搬送方向下流側に備えており、
前記下降レールは、前記整列レールとの接続部において下方への傾斜が最大となるように形成されている請求項1に記載の振動フィーダ。 - 前記上昇レール及び下降レールは、搬送方向に沿って直線状に展開したときの側面視における傾斜が、いずれもサインカーブ状であり、
前記下降レールのサインカーブの振幅が、前記上昇レールのサインカーブの振幅よりも小さい請求項1に記載の振動フィーダ。 - 前記下降レールは、搬送面が径方向外方に向けて下方に傾斜している請求項1に記載の振動フィーダ。
- 前記鉛直方向と前記ねじり軸とのなす角度は3〜7度である請求項1に記載の振動フィーダ。
- 前記鉛直方向と前記ねじり軸とのなす角度は2〜7度である請求項1に記載の振動フィーダ。
- 前記鉛直方向と前記ねじり軸とのなす角度は1〜10度である請求項1に記載の振動フィーダ。
- 請求項1に記載の振動フィーダを備える被搬送物の搬送装置であって、
前記振動フィーダにより搬送された被搬送物を受け取り、一方向に搬送する搬送手段と、
前記振動フィーダから前記搬送手段への被搬送物の引き渡し位置に設けられ、被搬送物を前記搬送手段の搬送面に押圧する押圧ローラとを備える搬送装置。 - 請求項1に記載の振動フィーダを備える被搬送物の外観検査装置であって、
前記振動フィーダにより搬送された被搬送物を受け取り、一方向に搬送する往動搬送手段と、
前記往動搬送手段に対して搬送面に沿って並列配置され、前記往動搬送手段の搬送方向とは逆方向に被搬送物を搬送する復動搬送手段と、
前記往動搬送手段により搬送される被搬送物の表裏を反転して、前記復動搬送手段に引き渡す表裏反転手段と、
前記往動搬送手段及び復動搬送手段により搬送される各被搬送物を斜め上方から撮像する複数の撮像手段と、
前記各撮像手段の撮像データに基づき被搬送物の欠陥の有無を判別する欠陥判別手段とを備える外観検査装置。
