- 自動車エンジン用のスーパーチャージャを作動させる方法であって、前記スーパーチャージャが、エンジンのクランクシャフトに結合するための入力軸であって第1の電気機械の回転子及び遊星歯車列の第1の要素に結合される入力軸と、コンプレッサ及び前記遊星歯車列の第2の要素に接続される出力軸とを有し、前記遊星歯車列の第3の要素が第2の電気機械の回転子に接続され、前記第1の電気機械が前記第2の電気機械へ電気エネルギを供給するために選択的に作動可能であり、該方法が、
a)前記エンジンの目標出力を示す1つ又はそれ以上の入力に応答して、前記コンプレッサを加速又は減速させるために前記第2の電気機械をモータ又はジェネレータとして選択的に作動させ、それによって前記エンジンの出力を増大又は減少させるようにするステップと、
b)前記第2の電気機械の作動によって生じる前記入力軸から前記クランクシャフトへ伝えられるトルクを制御するために前記第1の電気機械をモータ又はジェネレータとして選択的に作動させるステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記ステップ(b)が前記入力軸から伝えられるトルクの変化率を制御するステップを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(b)が前記入力軸から伝えられるトルクの変化率を減少させるステップを含む請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(b)において、前記第1の電気機械が前記入力又は各入力に応答して作動される請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 目標出力増大を示す前記入力又は各入力に応答して、前記ステップ(a)が第2の電気機械をモータとして作動させるステップを含み、前記ステップ(b)が前記第1の電気機械をモータとして作動させるステップを含む請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 複数のレベルの目標出力増大があり、前記ステップ(b)が、目標出力の小さい増大を示す前記又は各入力に応答して前記第2の電気機械に少なくとも部分的に動力供給するために前記第1の電気機械をジェネレータとして作動させるステップを含む請求項5に記載の方法。
- 複数のレベルの目標出力増大があり、前記ステップ(b)が、目標出力の中位の増大を示す前記又は各入力に応答して前記第1の電気機械をモータとしてもジェネレータとしても作動させないステップを含む請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 複数のレベルの目標出力増大があり、前記ステップ(b)が、目標出力の大きい増大を示す前記又は各出力に応答して前記第1の電気機械をモータとして作動させるステップを含む請求項5、6又は7に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(b)が、前記エンジン及びスーパーチャージャによる動力供給を受ける車両が静止状態から加速することを示す前記又は各入力に応答して前記第1及び第2の電気機械をモータとして作動させるステップを含む請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 目標出力減少を示す前記又は各入力に応答して、前記ステップ(a)が前記第2の電気機械をジェネレータとして作動させるステップを含み、前記ステップ(b)が前記第1の電気機械をジェネレータとして作動させるステップを含む請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 複数のレベルの目標出力減少があり、目標出力の大きい減少を示す前記又は各入力に応答して前記コンプレッサを減速させそれによって前記コンプレッサの失速を少なくとも回避しようとするために前記ステップ(a)において前記第2の電気機械がジェネレータとして作動され、前記ステップ(b)が前記スーパーチャージャから前記エンジンへ逆向きに伝えられるトルクの変化率を減少させるために前記第1の電気機械をジェネレータとして作動させるステップを含む請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記エンジン及びスーパーチャージャによる動力供給を受ける車両のギアチェンジとアクセルの解除とクラッチ外しとのうちいずれか又は全部を示す前記又は各入力に応答して、前記ステップ(a)が前記第2の電気機械をジェネレータとして作動させるステップを含み、前記ステップ(b)が前記第1の電気機械をジェネレータとして作動させるステップを含む請求項1から11までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- さらに、目標出力減少を示す前記又は各入力に応答して回生制動を与えるために前記第1の電気機械をジェネレータとして作動させるステップを含む請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記エンジンによる動力供給を受ける車両の制動を示す前記又は各入力に応答して回生制動を与えるために前記第1の電気機械が作動される請求項13に記載の方法。
- エンジン速度が新しいギアにおいて現在の車両速度のために必要とされるエンジン速度に実質的に合致するように前記エンジンによる動力供給を受ける車両におけるギアチェンジ時の前記エンジンの速度を制御するために、前記第1の電気機械をモータ又はジェネレータとして作動させるステップを含む請求項1から14までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記アクセルが踏み込まれかつ前記エンジンがホイールに結合されないときに前記エンジンを支援するために前記第1の電気機械をモータとして作動させるステップを含む請求項1から15までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- エンジンがアイドリングのとき又はアイドリングに近いときに前記第1の電気機械をモータ又はジェネレータとして作動させてそうでない場合よりも一定の速度で前記エンジンが作動するようにするステップを含む請求項1から16までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記エンジンの実際の気筒の着火と着火の間に概念的(notional)付加的な気筒の着火を模倣するために前記第1の電気機械をモータとして作動させるステップを含む請求項1から17までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記エンジンが低速でアイドリングするのを許容しそれによって燃料を節約するために、前記第1の電気機械をモータとして作動させかつ任意に前記第2の電気機械をモータとして作動させるステップであって、そうでない場合の前記エンジンのアイドリング速度よりも低い速度で前記第1の電気機械をモータとして作動させかつ任意に前記第2の電気機械をモータとして作動させるステップを含む請求項の1から18までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記エンジンの始動時に前記エンジンをクランキングするために前記第1の電気機械をモータとして作動させるステップを含む請求項1から19までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記エンジンの前記クランクシャフトをあらかじめ決められた又は既知の位置に又はこれに隣接して位置決めするために前記エンジンの停止中に前記第1の電気機械をモータとして作動させるステップを含む請求項1から20までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 必要ないときに前記エンジンを停止し始動するために前記第1の電気機械をモータ又はジェネレータとして作動させるステップを含む請求項1から21までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記エンジンの始動時に前記エンジンをクランキングするために前記第1の電気機械を作動させるのに必要な電気エネルギの少なくとも一部を供給するためにコンデンサを放電するステップを含む請求項1から22までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から23までのいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って前記スーパーチャージャを作動させるよう構成されるスーパーチャージャ用制御装置。
- 請求項1から23までのいずれか一項に記載の方法の前記ステップを前記制御装置に実行させるためにプログラムされそのために動作可能なプロセッサを含む請求項24に記載のスーパーチャージャ用制御装置。
- 前記プロセッサがエンジン制御ユニット(ECU)の少なくとも一部である請求項25に記載のスーパーチャージャ用制御装置。
- 請求項25又は26に記載のプロセッサ。
- コンピュータプログラムであって、制御装置によって実行されると請求項1から23までのいずれか一項に記載の方法の前記ステップを前記装置に実行させるコード部を有するコンピュータプログラム。
- 請求項28に記載のコンピュータプログラムを示す記録を有する記録担体。
- モータとして作動する前記又は各電気機械への電気エネルギと、ジェネレータとして作動する前記又は各電気機械からの電気エネルギとの一方又は両方を運ぶために構成された電圧バスを含み、前記電圧バスが、前記電気機械によって生成される正味電気エネルギを蓄積しかつ前記電気機械が必要とする正味電気エネルギを供給可能な電気エネルギの充電式蓄電装置に接続され、前記充電式蓄電装置が高電圧容量性蓄電用に構成されたコンデンサなどコンデンサを含む請求項24から26までのいずれか一項に記載のスーパーチャージャ用制御装置。
