Claims (4)
- パイプ(1)の端部がかかる段差部(11)があり、内側から外側方向に行くほど、直径が小さくなるテーパー内周面(12)を有するボディ(10)と、
前記テーパー内周面(12)に案内されてボディの入口(13)方向に移動するほど、中心方向に締め付けられ、パイプ(1)の外周面の間にくさび機能をする多数の顎部(20)を有するものであり、
前記ボディ(10)の内部に内蔵して、下端部(31)がボディの内側底面(14)に支持され、下端部(31)からやや離れた地点から中間部まで垂直方向に多数の切開線(32)を形成させるが、
円周方向に狭い等間隔で多数の切開線(32)を形成させ、上部から加圧力を受けると、切開線(32)と切開線(32)の間の板状からなる多数の弾性片部(33)が外側方向に曲がって、上部方向に弾性が作用するように形成され、
前記弾性片部(33)の上部側には、結合穴(34)を円弧状に多数形成させ、多数の顎部(20)が水平をなすように、それぞれ結合されるジョー・カップリング用の円筒形の板ばね部材(30)を含み、
ボディ(10)内部の段差部(11)と、ジョー・カップリング用の円筒形の板ばね部材(30)の間に、パッキング溝部(16)と係止突起部(17)を形成し、前記パッキング溝部(16)に断面がX字状のパッキング(60)と、支持用リング部材(70)が密着するように結合され、
前記支持用リング部材(70)は平らな長方形断面を有し、2列に巻回して円形状をなし、両端部(410)が自由端部として外径が伸縮する水平維持用リング部材(400)と同じ形態と機能を有するように、構成される
ことを特徴とするパイプ固定装置。 - パイプ(1)の端部がかかる段差部(11)があり、内側から外側方向に行くほど、直径が小さくなるテーパー内周面(12)を有するボディ(10)と、前記テーパー内周面(12)に案内されてボディの入口(13)方向に移動するほど、中心方向に締め付けられ、パイプ(1)外周面の間にくさび機能をする多数の顎部(200)を有するものであり、
前記ボディ(10)の内部に内蔵して、下端部(310)がボディの内側底面(14)に支持され、下端部(310)からやや離れた地点から中間部まで、垂直方向に多数の切開線(320)を形成させるが、円周方向に狭い等間隔で多数の切開線(320)を形成させ、上部から加圧力を受けると、切開線(320)と切開線(320)の間の板状からなる多数の弾性片部(330)が外側方向に曲がって、上部方向に弾性が作用するように形成される単一円筒形の板ばね部材(300)を含み、
前記顎部(200)の内周面に形成された、リング挿入溝部(220)に、水平をなすための水平維持用リング部材(400)が挿入された多数の顎部(200)が、単一円筒形の板ばね部材(300)の上端部に面接触されるように、垂直方向に設けられて弾性を受けるように形成され、
前記水平維持用リング部材(400)は、平らな長方形断面を有し、2列に巻回して円形状をなして、両端部(410)が自由端部として、外径が伸縮するように構成され、
前記ボディ(10)内部の前記段差部(11)と円筒形の板ばね部材(300)の間に、パッキング溝部(16)と係止突起部(17)を形成し、前記パッキング溝部(16)に断面がX字状パッキング(60)および、前記水平維持用リング部材(400)と同じ形態と機能を有するように形成された支持用リング部材(70)が、密着するように結合される
ことを特徴とするパイプ固定装置。 - 前記弾性片部(330)の中間部が曲がりやすくするために、弾性片部(330)の中間部に長さ方向に、短い長さの中間部切開線(350)をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のパイプ固定装置。
- 前記ボディの入口(13)内面に形成された、リング溝部(15)に相互対向する貫通穴(51)を有するスナップリング(50)が、挿入されるように結合されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のパイプ固定装置。
