Claims (6)
- 複数のパイプが挿入されるパイプ連結口;
前記パイプ連結口の内部に備えられ、前記パイプ連結口に挿入された前記パイプを把持するパイプ把持ユニット;
前記パイプ把持ユニットに含まれてなり、前記パイプ連結口の収納ホーム部に挿入されるが、貫通挿入される前記パイプの外柱面を把持して前記パイプ連結口に固定するパイプ把持モジュール;および
前記収納ホーム部に収納されるが、前記パイプ把持モジュールの両側にそれぞれ配置されて当該パイプ把持モジュールを弾力支持しシーリングを維持する一対の第一シーリングモジュール及び第二シーリングモジュールを含み、
前記パイプ連結口において、
前記パイプが挿入される開口部;
本体部;及び
前記本体部の内柱面から前記本体部の半径方向へ拡管され段差が出来るように形成されて、前記パイプ把持ユニットが収納される収納ホーム部、を含み、
前記パイプ把持モジュールにおいて、
前記収納ホーム部に収納された中空形状のケーシング部;および
前記パイプが貫通挿入されるように前記ケーシング部の内部にそなえられ、前記パイプの外柱面に接続され前記パイプを固定するパイプ把持部を含み、
前記パイプ把持部において、
前記パイプの外柱面に引っ掛かれる複数の楔を具備して前記パイプ連結口に前記パイプを固定するフーク;および
前記パイプが貫通挿入されるように前記ケーシング部の内部に備えられ、前記フークが挿入され安着するフーク安着ホールが外柱面に複数形成されたフークホルダー部を含み、 前記収納ホーム部の底面において、前記パイプ把持ユニットが安着されるように前記本体部内柱面から前記本体部の半径方向に拡管されて形成され、
前記ケーシング部の内柱面には、
前記パイプが挿入される方向への水平部と、前記水平部から連続的に前記本体部の半径方向へ下向傾斜された傾斜部が形成され、
前記パイプが前記フークホルダー部に貫通挿入される場合、前記フークが前記パイプの外柱面に引っ掛かれ前記フークホルダー部と一緒に前記水平部と傾斜部の間で往復運動し、
前記パイプ把持モジュールにおいて、
前記フークホルダー部の一側に備えられ、前記フークホルダー部を弾力支持する弾性部材をさらに含み、
前記パイプが前記フークホルダー部に挿入される場合、前記弾性部材が圧縮され、前記フークが前記水平部から前記傾斜部伝いに移動され、前記パイプが前記フークホルダー部に挿入完了した場合には前記弾性部材が膨張され前記フークが前記傾斜部から前記水平部まで移動され、
前記フークが前記水平部から前記傾斜部伝いに移動された場合、前記複数の楔の末端を連結した仮想線が水平になるように配置され、
前記フークが前記傾斜部から前記水平部伝いに移動された場合、前記複数の楔の末端を連結した仮想線が前記本体部の中心方向へ下向傾斜されるように配置され、
前記パイプ把持モジュールにおいて、
前記ケーシング部の一側に備えられ、前記弾性部材を支持する弾性部材支持部をさらに含み、
前記弾性部材において、
一端部が前記弾性部材支持部に連結され、他末端が前記フークホルダー部に連結され、前記フークホルダー部を弾力支持し、
前記弾性部材において、
前記パイプが貫通挿入されるコイルススプリング、又はウエーブスプリングであり、
前記収納ホーム部の一側壁において、前記パイプ把持ユニットの側部に密着されるように前記開口部側末端から前記本体部の中心方向へ切曲されて形成され、
前記収納ホーム部の他側壁において、前記本体部内柱面から前記本体部半径方向に段差が出来るように形成されたことを特徴とするパイプ連結装置。
- 前記パイプ連結口において、
前記本体部内柱面から前記本体部半径方向に拡管され段差が出来るように形成され、
前記パイプが前記本体部に挿入される場合に前記パイプの一端部が密着される引っ掛かり丘をさらに含み、
前記収納ホーム部は前記引っ掛かり丘から連続的に前記本体部の半径方向に拡管されて段差が出来るように形成される事を特徴とする請求項1に記載のパイプ連結装置。
- 前記シーリングモジュールにおいて、
前記パイプが貫通挿入され、前記パイプ把持モジュールに接続され前記パイプ把持モジュールを弾力支持し、シーリングを維持するシーリング部材を含む請求項1に記載のパイプ連結装置。
- 前記シーリング部材において、
前記パイプが貫通挿入される弾性材質のオーリングである事を特徴とする請求項3に記載のパイプ連結装置。
- 前記シーリングモジュールにおいて、
前記パイプが貫通挿入され、一側が前記収納ホーム部の一側壁に接続され、他側が前記シーリング部材に接続され、前記シーリング部材を支持するシーリング部材支持部をさらに含む請求項3に記載のパイプ連結装置。
- 前記シーリングモジュールにおいて、
前記パイプが貫通挿入され、前記パイプ把持モジュールを弾力支持し、シーリングを維持するよう前記パイプ把持モジュールの両側にそれぞれ配置される事を特徴とする請求項1に記載のパイプ連結装置。
