Description
Claims (5)
- 横軸回転軸を支承する横型摺動軸受装置と、この横型摺動軸受装置に隣接し前記横軸回転軸に形成された推力支承部の軸心よりも下方側に対向して配設された推力軸受装置とを備えた横軸型回転機において、前記横型摺動軸受装置からの潤滑油の漏洩油を前記推力軸受装置の摺動面に導入し、前記横型摺動軸受装置の軸方向端部を覆う漏洩油導入カバーを、前記推力軸受装置の周方向端部から推力支承部の軸心よりも上方側に形成したことを特徴とする横軸型回転機。
- 横軸回転軸を支承する横型摺動軸受装置と、この横型摺動軸受装置に隣接し前記横軸回転軸に形成された推力支承部の軸心よりも下方側に対向して配設された推力軸受装置とを備えた横軸型回転機において、前記推力軸受装置の摺動面に前記横型摺動軸受装置からの潤滑油の漏洩油を導入する油溝を形成すると共に、前記横型摺動軸受装置からの潤滑油の漏洩油を前記推力軸受装置の摺動面に導入し、前記横型摺動軸受装置の軸方向端部を覆う漏洩油導入カバーを、前記推力軸受装置の周方向端部から推力支承部の軸心よりも上方側に形成したことを特徴とする横軸型回転機。
- 前記漏洩油導入カバーは、推力支承部の軸心よりも上方側に連続して対向する半円環状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の横軸回転機。
- 横軸回転軸を支承する横型摺動軸受装置と、この横型摺動軸受装置に隣接し前記横軸回転軸に形成された推力支承部の軸心よりも下方側に対向して配設された推力軸受装置とを備えた横軸型回転機において、前記横型摺動軸受装置からの潤滑油の漏洩油を前記推力軸受装置の摺動面に導入する漏洩油導入手段を、前記推力軸受装置の周方向端部に設けると共に、前記漏洩油導入手段を、前記推力軸受装置の周方向端部に形成した漏洩油導入傾斜面と、前記推力軸受装置の周方向端部から推力支承部の軸心よりも上方側に形成され前記横型摺動軸受装置の軸方向端部を覆う漏洩油導入カバーとで構成したことを特徴とする横軸型回転機。
- 横軸回転軸を支承する横型摺動軸受装置と、この横型摺動軸受装置に隣接し前記横軸回転軸に形成された推力支承部の軸心よりも下方側に対向して配設された推力軸受装置とを備えた横軸型回転機において、前記推力軸受装置の摺動面に前記横型摺動軸受装置からの潤滑油の漏洩油を導入する油溝を形成し、さらに、前記横型摺動軸受装置からの潤滑油の漏洩油を前記推力軸受装置の摺動面に導入する漏洩油導入手段を、前記推力軸受装置の周方向端部に設けると共に、前記漏洩油導入手段を、前記推力軸受装置の周方向端部に形成した漏洩油導入傾斜面と、前記推力軸受装置の周方向端部から推力支承部の軸心よりも上方側に形成され前記横型摺動軸受装置の軸方向端部を覆う漏洩油導入カバーとで構成したことを特徴とする横軸型回転機。
