Claims (5)
- 電池収納室を形成するケーシングの一端部に電池の電極を露出させる開口部が設けられ、該開口部が蓋体によって開閉され、前記ケーシングの開口部側の端部と蓋体の基端部とがヒンジによって連結されている電池収納機構であって、
前記蓋体は、前記電池収納室内の電池の長さ方向と直角方向にスライドするアウター部と、電池収納室に収納された電池の電極にスライドすることなく当接する端子を固定したインナー部とを重ね合わせたものであり、前記ヒンジは、前記ケーシングに固定され、かつ、前記蓋体のアウター部のスライド方向と同じ方向の長穴を形成した固定部と、前記長穴内で移動し、かつ、前記蓋体のアウター部の基端部に固定された軸とを備えたものであり、閉蓋状態で前記端子が電池の電極に当接するように、前記インナー部を位置決めする係合部が前記ケーシングとインナー部とに設けられ、該係合部が係合するように、インナー部をアウター部に仮固定する係止部がインナー部とアウター部とに設けられていることを特徴とする電池収納機構。 - 前記係止部は、前記アウター部がスライドすることによって嵌合・脱抜する突起部と小穴部とを組み合わせたものであり、前記突起部がアウター部又はインナー部のいずれか一方の対向面に設けられ、前記小穴部がインナー部又はアウター部の前記と別の対向面に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池収納機構。
- 前記係止部は、前記アウター部に突設され、前記インナー部の基端側端縁に接離する突出部と、開蓋時の前記インナー部の基端側端縁が前記突出部に当接するように前記インナー部を付勢させる付勢部材と、閉蓋時の前記アウター部が前記付勢部材の付勢力に抗して閉蓋状態を維持するための留め部とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電池収納機構。
- 前記係合部は、凸曲面状の凸部と凹曲面状の凹部とを組み合わせたものであり、前記凸部が蓋体のインナー部又はケーシングのいずれか一方の対向面に設けられ、前記凹部がケーシング又は蓋体のインナー部の前記と別の対向面に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電池収納機構。
- 前記蓋体のアウター部には、閉蓋時に、ケーシングに係止するフックが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電池収納機構。
