Description
本発明による解決策によれば、従来別体の部材として形成された分配ブロックが、多気筒内燃機関に燃料を供給する両高圧アキュムレータのうちの1つに組み込まれる。このことを実現する有利な構成では、分配ブロックを組み込まれた該高圧アキュムレータ(コモンレール)の中空室に絞りが組み込まれる。分配ブロックを組み込まれた該高圧アキュムレータの、例えば孔として形成された中空室に、絞りを一体に組み込むことによって、高圧アキュムレータの容積は、2つの個別容積に分割される。分配ブロックを組み込まれた該高圧アキュムレータ(コモンレール)の両個別容積のうちの小さい方の個別容積は、従来別体の部材として製造された分配ブロックの機能を果たす。この分配ブロックとして働く小さい個別容積は、有利には、高圧アキュムレータの端部に位置しており、この端部には、高圧ポンプから分岐していて該高圧アキュムレータに燃料を供給する高圧ポンプが接続されている。他方の高圧アキュムレータは、分配ブロックが組み込まれた加熱された高圧アキュムレータから、接続管路を介して燃料を供給され、別の高圧アキュムレータへの接続管路の開口箇所には、緩衝絞りが組み込まれている。
次に図面を参照しながら本発明を説明する。
図2は、分配ブロックが高圧アキュムレータ(コモンレール)のうちの1つに組み込まれた、本発明による燃料噴射系を示す図であり、
図3.1は、貫通孔として高圧アキュムレータ内に形成された一体に組み込まれた絞りを示す図であり、
図3.2は、図3.1に示された一体に組み込まれた絞りの実施形態を示すものであって、高圧アキュムレータに設けられた穿孔の区分の端面が丸く形成されている実施形態を示す図であり、
図4.1は、高圧アキュムレータの中空室内に挿入されたスリーブ状の部材に形成された、一体に組み込まれた絞りの実施形態を示す図であり、
図4.2は、一体に組み込まれた絞りが、スリーブ状の区分と接続部分とを有する一体的な部材内に構成されている実施形態を示す図であり、
図5は、一体に組み込まれた絞りが、圧入絞りとして形成されている実施形態を示す図であり、
図5.1は、一体に形成された組み込まれた絞りが、圧入絞りエレメントとして形成されている実施例を示す図であり、
図5.2は、リング緊締エレメントを用いて高圧アキュムレータの中空室内に組み込まれた絞りを示す図であり、
図5.3は、2部分から形成された組み込まれた絞りが、ねじ山部分とねじ部分とを有している実施例を示す図である。
図1には、分配ブロックが別体の部材として構成されている、従来技術に基づいて公知の多気筒内燃機関用の燃料噴射系が示されている。
Claims (6)
- 多気筒内燃機関用の燃料噴射系(10)であって、第1の高圧アキュムレータ(40)と第2の高圧アキュムレータ(20)と高圧ポンプ(12)とが設けられており、第1及び第2の高圧アキュムレータ(40;20)が、内燃機関のシリンダの数に相当する数の、インジェクタ供給管路(28)の接続部(60)を有している形式のものにおいて、第1及び第2の高圧アキュムレータ(40;20)と高圧ポンプ(12)との間における圧力脈動を減衰するための緩衝容積(46)が、第1及び第2の高圧アキュムレータ(40;20)のうちの1つに組み込まれており、第1の高圧アキュムレータ(40)の全容積が、組み込まれた絞り(42)によって、第1の高圧アキュムレータ容積(44)と、緩衝容積として働く第2の高圧アキュムレータ容積(46)とに分割されており、第2の高圧アキュムレータ容積(46)が第1の高圧アキュムレータ容積(44)よりも小さく、さらに緩衝容積として働く第2の高圧アキュムレータ容積(46)が、第1の高圧アキュムレータ(40)内において、高圧ポンプ(12)に向けられた端部に形成されており、
緩衝絞り(26)を備えた接続管路が、第2の高圧アキュムレータ容積(46)から第2の高圧アキュムレータ(20)に延びていることを特徴とする燃料噴射系。 - 貫通孔(62)として第1の高圧アキュムレータ(40)内に組み込まれた絞り(42)が、1つの穿孔(56)の両側の区分の間に形成されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射系。
- 組み込まれた絞り(42)が、接続部(64)を用いて固定されたスリーブ状の挿入体(72)又は接続部を有する一体的な挿入部材(78)の底面における開口として形成されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射系。
- 組み込まれた絞り(42)が、一体的な圧入絞り(84)又は複数部分から成る圧入絞り(82,84)として第1の高圧アキュムレータ(40)内に固定されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射系。
- 組み込まれた絞り(42)が、リング緊締エレメント(90)を用いて第1の高圧アキュムレータ(40)内に緊締された絞り(92)として、又はねじ山部分(100)とねじ部分(98)とを有するねじ込まれた絞り(46)として、第1の高圧アキュムレータ(40)内に形成されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射系。
- 2つの高圧アキュムレータ(40;20)と2つのシリンダバンクとを有する多気筒内燃機関における、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射系の使用。
