Claims (2)
- 鉄鋼製のレール本体と、このレール本体の一端に一体又は別体に設けるとともに内部に上記レール本体の燃料通路に連通する連通路を備えたインレット部と、上記燃料通路に連通する複数のインジェクタホルダーとを備えたガソリン直噴レールにおいて、上記インレット部の連通路に、レール本体とは別体に形成するとともに外周螺溝を備えたステンレス製のオリフィス部材を組み付けるための装着孔を備え、この装着孔の内周は、内方に突出した内周段部を設けることなく、インレット部を螺着するための内周螺溝と、この内周螺溝を形成しないねじ止め部とから成り、この装着孔に上記オリフィス部材を螺着固定したことを特徴とするガソリン直噴レール。
- 鉄鋼製のレール本体と、このレール本体の一端に一体又は別体に設けるとともに内部に上記レール本体の燃料通路に連通する連通路を備えたインレット部と、上記燃料通路に連通する複数のインジェクタホルダーとを備えたガソリン直噴レールにおいて、上記インレット部の連通路に、レール本体とは別体に形成するとともに外周螺溝を備えたステンレス製のオリフィス部材を組み付けるための装着孔を備え、この装着孔の内周は、内方に突出した内周段部を設けることなくインレット部を螺着するための内周螺溝を備えるとともに、上記オリフィス部材は、その一端外周に外周突部を備えてねじ止め部とし、上記装着孔に螺着固定したことを特徴とするガソリン直噴レール。
