Abstract
得到能够容易且可靠地进行轨主体以及引入部内部的电镀处理且具有节流孔,并且机械特性优异的汽油直喷轨。汽油直喷轨具有:钢铁制的轨主体(4);引入部(6),其一体或者分体地设置于该轨主体(4)的一端(5),并且在内部具有与上述轨主体(4)的燃料通路连通的连通路(7);以及多个喷射器保持器,它们与上述燃料通路连通,该汽油直喷轨的特征在于,在上述引入部(6)的连通路(7)中固定配置有与轨主体(4)分体地形成的不锈钢制的节流孔部件(1)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽油直喷轨。
背景技术
汽油发动机的直喷化从2005年左右开始在欧洲再次普及,近年来的汽油直喷轨大多由耐腐蚀性优异的不锈钢材制造。但是,在不锈钢材的汽油直喷轨被置于氯环境下的情况下或在燃料中含有氯等腐蚀介质的情况下,存在引起应力腐蚀裂纹的担忧。
另一方面,钢铁材的强度的变化丰富并且廉价,因此,面向今后的系统的高压化而言,机械特性以及成本方面比不锈钢材优异,成为被关注的材料。因此,最近,钢铁材制的汽油直喷轨的需求变高。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
但是,在使用钢铁制的汽油直喷轨的情况下,为了防止生锈和腐蚀,需要对表面进行电镀处理。但是,在设置于汽油直喷轨的引入部上,为了降低由于燃料泵或喷射器的喷射而产生的压力变动,大多数情况下如专利文献1所示那样在引入部上设置节流孔。而且,在这样的情况下,一般的节流孔的内径较小,约为1mm~2mm,因此,容易产生如下情况:在进行电镀处理时,电镀液不容易从节流孔进入内部,并且不容易排出。因此,不容易可靠地对节流孔的内周面和轨主体的内周面进行电镀处理。
因此,本发明欲解决上述那样的课题,得到能够容易且可靠地进行轨主体以及引入部内部的电镀处理,并且,具有节流孔,并且机械特性优异的汽油直喷轨。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明解决上述那样的课题,提供汽油直喷轨,该汽油直喷轨具有:钢铁制的轨主体;以及引入部,其一体或者分体地设置于该轨主体的一端,并且在内部具有与上述轨主体的燃料通路连通的连通路;以及多个喷射器保持器,它们与上述燃料通路连通,在该汽油直喷轨中,在上述引入部的连通路中固定配置有与轨主体分体地形成的不锈钢制的节流孔部件。
此外,节流孔部件可以螺合固定于引入部的连通路。通过像这样使节流孔部件螺合固定于引入部,能够将节流孔部件牢固固定于引入部。此外,无需像单纯地嵌入固定的情况那样精密地进行节流孔部件的外径与引入部的内径的尺寸对准,并且能够使节流孔部件向引入部的定位变得容易,能够容易地将节流孔部件固定配置于引入部。而且,与通过粘接剂将节流孔部件固定于引入部的情况相比,不必担心由粘接剂带来的垃圾,而且也不会产生粘接剂与燃料的污染物的问题。
发明效果
本发明如上述那样,在设置于钢铁制的轨主体的引入部的连通路中螺合固定有与该引入部分体地形成的不锈钢制的节流孔部件。因此,通过在将节流孔部件固定配置到引入部中之前进行设置有引入部的轨主体的电镀处理,由于在引入部以及轨主体内部不存在节流孔,因此,能够使电镀液容易地相对于引入部以及轨主体内部流出或流入,能够容易地进行电镀处理。此外,由于节流孔部件是不锈钢制的,因此,无需进行电镀处理,不会产生以往成为课题的小径的节流孔的电镀处理的问题。此外,由于轨主体是钢铁制的,因此,能够得到强度变化丰富且面向今后的系统的高压化而言机械特性比不锈钢材优异的制品。

实施例1
在图1、2中对本发明的实施例1进行说明,标号1是节流孔部件,其由不锈钢材形成。通过像这样由不锈钢材形成节流孔部件1,无需进行防止生锈和腐蚀的电镀处理。此外,该节流孔部件1形成为在长度方向上设置有节流孔2的圆筒形,在其外周面上如图1所示那样设置有外周螺槽3。
另一方面,在汽油直喷轨的轨主体4的一端5上固定配置有与该轨主体4分体地形成的引入部6。另外,在本实施例中,如上述那样,使引入部6与轨主体4分体地形成,并且将引入部6固定配置于轨主体4的一端5,但在其他不同的实施例中,可以使引入部6与轨主体4一体形成。此外,该轨主体4以及引入部6使用钢铁制的材料。此外,在本实施例的轨主体4上,在长度方向上等间隔地连接配置有与该轨主体4的燃料通路连通的多个喷射器保持器(未图示。)。
而且,在上述引入部6内设置有连通路7,通过如图1所示那样将引入部6组装到轨主体4中,成为该连通路7与轨主体4的燃料通路(未图示。)连通的状态。此外,在该引入部6的连通路7的开口部8侧,与该连通路7连续地形成有锥部10,该锥部10在开口部8侧为大径并且在该开口部8的相反侧为小径。此外,在上述连通路7中设置有用于组装节流孔部件1的安装孔11。而且,在该安装孔11的内周面上设置有能够与上述节流孔部件1的外周螺槽3螺合的内周螺槽12。
此外,由于该轨主体4以及引入部6是钢铁制的,因此,需要进行电镀处理。因此,在将节流孔部件1螺合固定到引入部6中之前,进行组装有引入部6的轨主体4的电镀处理。此时,由于并非像以往的产品那样在轨主体4的引入部6上设置节流孔,因此,能够使电镀液可靠地相对于轨主体4以及引入部6内流出或流入。因此,能够容易且可靠地进行轨主体4以及引入部6的内周的电镀处理。
然后,将节流孔部件1螺合固定到如上述那样实施了电镀处理的引入部6的安装部。这样,通过将节流孔部件1螺合固定于引入部6,能够将节流孔部件1牢固地固定于引入部6。此外,无需像将节流孔部件1嵌入到引入部6中而固定的情况那样精密地进行节流孔部件1的外径与引入部6的内径的尺寸对准,并且能够容易地进行节流孔部件1向引入部6的定位,能够容易地将节流孔部件1固定配置于引入部6。而且,与通过粘接剂将节流孔部件1固定于引入部6的情况相比,也不必担心由粘接剂带来的垃圾,而且也不会产生粘接剂与燃料的污染物的问题。
此外,在引入部6的安装孔11的靠连通路7侧设置了未形成有内周螺槽12的螺旋紧固部13。因此,在将节流孔部件1螺合固定到引入部6中时,节流孔部件1借助该螺旋紧固部13被螺旋紧固,因此,在进行节流孔部件1的组装时,无需在意螺旋紧固位置,能够顺利地进行作业。此外,在本实施例1中,设置了上述那样的螺旋紧固部13,但在其他不同的实施例中,也可以如图3、4所示那样,在安装孔11的靠连通路7侧的内周上设置内周阶部14,并将该内周阶部14作为螺旋紧固部13,或者也可以如图5、6所示那样,在节流孔部件1的一端外周设置外周突部15,并将该外周突部15作为螺旋紧固部13。
此外,如上述那样,由不锈钢材形成节流孔部件1,因此,无需对该节流孔部件1实施电镀处理。因此,不会产生以往成为课题的、对节流孔2进行电镀处理时电镀液不容易流出和流入这样的问题。此外,由于轨主体4以及引入部6是钢铁制的,因此,能够得到强度变化丰富且面对今后的系统的高压化而言机械特性比不锈钢材优异的制品。

Claims (2)
1.一种汽油直喷轨,其具有:钢铁制的轨主体;引入部,其一体或者分体地设置于该轨主体的一端,并且在内部具有与上述轨主体的燃料通路连通的连通路;以及多个喷射器保持器,它们与上述燃料通路连通,该汽油直喷轨的特征在于,
在上述引入部的连通路中固定配置有与轨主体分体地形成的不锈钢制的节流孔部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽油直喷轨,其特征在于,
节流孔部件螺合固定于引入部的连通路。
