Claims (9)
- ローリングトラクション連続可変比動力伝達ユニットのためのローラ及び軸受組立体であって、
前記ローラが、一対の動力伝達レース上で動くための外周を有し、一方の動力伝達レースから他方の動力伝達レースへ駆動力を伝達し、且つ前記動力伝達レースにより前記ローラに加えられる圧縮力を受けるためのフープを備え、前記軸受が、ローラフープ内に配置され且つ内側及び外側軸受レースを有する回転軸受を含み、前記ローラフープと前記軸受との間の結合部材が、前記ローラを前記軸受上で回転自在に取り付けるように機能し、前記圧縮力による前記ローラフープの変形をこれに応じた前記外側軸受レースの変形なしに調整することを特徴とするローラ及び軸受組立体。 - 前記ローラと軸受組立体をローラキャリッジに装着可能にするピボット装着部材を更に含み、そのピボット装着部材が、前記キャリッジに対する前記ローラ軸線の歳差運動を可能にするようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のローラ及び軸受組立体。
- 前記ピボット装着部材が、前記軸受内に配置されたボールとソケットを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のローラ及び軸受組立体。
- 前記ボールとソケットの一方から他方に突出して、キャスタ軸線の周りでのみ前記ボールとソケットの相対的回転を可能にする制御部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のローラ及び軸受組立体。
- 前記制御部材が、前記ボールとソケットの一方から突出し、前記ボールとソケットの他方に形成された溝内に受けられる舌状部を含み、該舌状部が、前記ボールとソケットの相対的回転を可能にするように前記溝に沿って摺動可能であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のローラ及び軸受組立体。
- 前記軸受が内側及び外側レースを含み、前記内側レースが前記ソケットを形成するように形作られた内表面を有し、これにより前記ボール上に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれかに記載のローラ及び軸受組立体。
- 前記ボール内に受けられるステムを介してローラキャリッジ上に装着され、前記キャリッジに対する前記ローラの変位を調整するために前記ステムに沿って移動可能である請求項3〜6のいずれかに記載のローラ及び軸受組立体、
- 前記結合部材が、前記軸受が前記ローラフープに結合される弾性バンドを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のローラ及び軸受組立体。
- 前記ローラフープが、前記結合部材を介して前記軸受の内側レース上に装着されることを特徴とする請求項3〜7のいずれかに記載のローラ及び軸受組立体。
