Description
a)相互に分離した鉱物粒子と、エポキシ樹脂の液体出発成分を混合器にて混合し、
b)得られた混合物を混合器から放出し、
c)エポキシ樹脂を硬化させる方法が提供される。
Claims (7)
- エポキシ樹脂の液体出発成分と、相互に分離した粒径が1〜50cmの鉱物粒子と、を混合器中で混合することでエポキシ樹脂の液体出発成分を鉱物粒子に添加し、次に混合物を混合器から放出してそのエポキシ樹脂を硬化させることで製造される複合材料によって、土手、山腹/丘陵、及び斜面、又は流動する水中に少なくとも部分的に存在する構造体を安定化し、保護することを特徴とする安定化及び保護方法。
- エポキシ樹脂の液体出発成分を鉱物粒子に添加した後であって、エポキシ樹脂の硬化前に、エポキシ樹脂の表面に砂を添加することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- バッチ式に行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 連続的に行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 混合物を保護対象の土手、山腹/丘陵、斜面、又は構造体に直接施すか、又は保護対象の構造体に対して離間して施すことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 鉱物粒子とエポキシ樹脂の液体出発成分とを含む混合物をエポキシ樹脂の硬化前に金型に導入し、金型中で硬化させて成形体を得ることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 成形体を保護対象の土手、山腹/丘陵、斜面、又は構造体に当接させるか、又は保護対象の構造体に対して離間して配置することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
