Description
ポリウレタン反応混合物1:
100質量部のElastan 6551/101系のポリオール成分と50質量部のPMDI 92140、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)を含む調合物を互いに混合した。
10質量部のポリウレタン反応混合物1を100質量部の無機混合物(粒径1/3、Piseberger)と、混合装置内で混合し、100×100×100mmの型に供給し、そして8.5N/mm2で圧縮した。
Claims (12)
- 道路、道、及び他の交通用の面の上層を製造する方法であって、
無機材料及びポリウレタン反応混合物及び所望により、更なる添加剤を含む混合物を製造し、該混合物を基礎材料上に施し、施した混合物を少なくとも5N/cm2の押圧力で圧縮し、及び硬化させる処理が行われ、且つ、処理において溶媒が使用されず、及び
前記ポリウレタン反応混合物が、
a)イソシアネートと
b)炭化水素基を有する疎水基を有するヒドロキシ官能性の化合物を必須の構成要素として含む、イソシアネートに対して反応性の水素原子を少なくとも2個有する化合物、及び所望により
c)鎖延長剤及び/又は架橋剤、
d)触媒、及び
e)他の添加剤、
を混合することにより得られることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記基礎材料が、無機材料及びポリウレタン反応混合物からなる混合物を施して硬化させることにより得られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- イソシアネートa)として、芳香族イソシアネートが使用されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2の何れかに記載の方法。
- イソシアネートa)として、脂肪族イソシアネート又は脂肪族と芳香族イソシアネートからなる混合物が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記疎水基を有するヒドロキシ−官能性の化合物が、油脂化学では公知のヒドロキシ官能性の化合物を含み、該化合物は、
ヒマシ油、ヒドロキシ基を使用して変性したグレープシードオイル、ブラッククミンオイル、パンプキンシードオイル、ルリヂサシードオイル、大豆油、小麦の胚種油、菜種油、ひまわり油、ピーナッツ油、アプリコットシードオイル、ビスタチオオイル、アーモンドオイル、オリーブオイル、マカダミアナッツオイル、アボカドオイル、シーバックスロンオイル、セサミオイル、ヘーゼルナッツオイル、月見草油、野ばら油、大麻油、アザミ油、くるみ油、及び
ヒドロキシ基を使用して変性し及びミリストレイン酸、パルミトレイン酸、オレイン酸、バクセン酸、ペトロセリン酸、ガドレイン酸、エルカ酸、ネルボン酸、リノール酸、リノール酸、ステアリドン酸、アラキドン酸、ティムノドン酸、クルパノドン酸、又はセレボニック酸に基づく脂肪酸エステル、
から成る群から選ばれる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の方法。 - イソシアネートに対して反応性の水素原子を少なくとも2個有する化合物b)が、油脂化学では公知のヒドロキシ官能性の化合物及びフェノール−変性の芳香族炭化水素樹脂を含み、前記ヒドロキシ官能性の化合物は、
ヒマシ油、ヒドロキシ基を使用して変性したグレープシードオイル、ブラッククミンオイル、パンプキンシードオイル、ルリヂサシードオイル、大豆油、小麦の胚種油、菜種油、ひまわり油、ピーナッツ油、アプリコットシードオイル、ビスタチオオイル、アーモンドオイル、オリーブオイル、マカダミアナッツオイル、アボカドオイル、シーバックスロンオイル、セサミオイル、ヘーゼルナッツオイル、月見草油、野ばら油、大麻油、アザミ油、くるみ油、及び

ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の方法。 - イソシアネートに対して反応性の水素原子を少なくとも2個有する化合物b)の平均官能価が2より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 上層中のポリウレタン反応混合物の割合が、上層を製造するために使用した混合物の合計質量に対して、1〜20質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記無機材料が、主として破砕材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 上層を製造するための混合物が添加剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 上層を製造するための混合物が添加剤としてファイバーを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 上層の厚さが0.5〜15cmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜11の何れか1項に記載の方法。
