a)動きの自由な石を混合機内でプラスチック開始成分に混ぜる、

ポリオール:油脂化学で知られ、ヒマシ油をベースとするヒドロキシル基、ヒマシ油とケトンフォルムアルデヒド樹脂との反応生成物、OH数170
イソシアネート:高分子ジイソシアナートジフェニルメタン(PMDI)
添加物1:シリコン消泡剤
添加物2:N-(3-(トリメトキシリル)プロピル)エチレンジアミン
ポリオール重量93部、ゼオライト乾燥剤重量6.95部、ヒマシ油50%濃度、添加物1の0.05重量部を混合しポリオール成分を得る。この準備したポリオール成分にイソシアネート重量83.7部を加え、完全に混合した。ショアD、破断伸び、引張強度、及びガラス転移温度Tgを解析するため、混合物から2mmのシートが製作された。更に、ポリウレタン樹脂から玄武岩砂利を有する複合体を製作した。この目的のため、玄武岩砂利が15cm×15cm×15cmのサイズの開口造型(モールド)に導入された。成分の液体混合物が、ウォータガンによって玄武岩砂利の上に均一に散布された。非常に長い反応時間を有する液体反応混合物は、岩を濡らし砂利の全体に浸み込んだ。綿密なポリウレタンは気泡なしに効果され、花崗岩砂利に強い結合力を与えた。測定結果は表に集約されている。

Claims (8)
- 2成分のプラスチック樹脂を無機質材料の表面に施与するか又は前記プラスチック樹脂により前記無機質材料の複数の表面を結合し、前記プラスチック樹脂を硬化させることにより、前記プラスチック樹脂で無機質材料の表面を被覆、粘着接合、又は結合する方法であって、
前記プラスチック樹脂は化学式(I)で示される
Xは、互いに独立してOH、CH3、O[CH2]pCH3;
Yは、[CH2]t 、[CH2]rNH[CH2]s;
R、R’は、H、[CH2]tCH3;
tは、0−10;
nは、1−3;
pは、0−5;
mは、4−n;
r 、sは、互いに独立して1−10である。)
一種以上のヒドロキシ−又はアルコキシアミノシラン化合物を0.01から10質量%含み、
前記2成分の樹脂は、ポリイソシアネート樹脂(i)をポリオール成分(ii)と混合することにより得られる疎水性のポリウレタンであり、
前記ポリオール成分(ii)は、動物又は野菜の油脂から得られ、油脂化学で知られる一種以上のポリオールを含み、前記アルコキシアミノシラン化合物は、前記ポリオール成分(ii)中に存在することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記アルコキシアミノシラン化合物(I)は、トリヒドロキシアミノシラン化合物、又はトリアルコキシアミノシラン化合物であり、前記化学式(I)において、XはOH又はO[CH2]pCH3及びpは0又は1であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アルコキシアミノシラン化合物(I)は、アルコキシジアミノシラン化合物であり、化学式(I)において、Yは[CH2]rNH[CH2]sであり、r、sは同一又は異なり1又は2であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリオール成分 (ii) は、フェノール変質芳香族炭化水素樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記プラスチック樹脂は、水中で硬化することを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記無機質材料は、粘着結合して複合体を生成する動きの自由な石であることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記無機質材料は、第1工程で表面が清浄化され、第2工程で前記2成分プラスチックにより被覆される構造物の壁であることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記無機質材料は、構造物、ダム及び堤防の一部分であり、それらに存在する亀裂及び空洞は前記2成分のプラスチック樹脂により埋められることを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の方法。
