Claims (9)
- ラジアル転がり軸受(1)であって、外レース(2)、内レース(3)、及びこれらのレース(2,3)の間に設けられる多数の球面ころ(4)を含み、これらの球面ころ(4)が、球基本形状から対称に平らにされかつ互いに平行に配置されるそれぞれ2つの側面(5,6)を持ち、かつ保持器により周方向に互いに等間隔に保持され、球面ころ(4)が、その側面(5,6)の間にその球基本形状の直径の約70%の幅(bK)を持ち、かつその転動面(7)で、外レース(2)の内側(8)及び内レース(3)の外側(9)にそれぞれ加工される溝状転動路(10,11)内を転がり、これらの転動路(10,11)が、それぞれ2つの曲げ縁(12,13,14,15)により軸線方向に区画され、かつ転動路(10,11)に対する球面ころ(4)の全接触面を球面ころ(4)の球基本形状の周囲の約40%とする深さ(tLA,tLI)及び幅(bLA,bLI)を持っているものにおいて、レース(2,3)にある溝状転動路(10,11)を区画する曲げ縁(12,13,14,15)の少なくとも1つが、その高さを減少されて形成されて、ラジアル軸受(1)が、この曲げ縁(12,13,14,15)と半径方向に対向する曲げ縁(12,13,14,15)との間の増大される間隔(aL2)を介して、軸線方向組立て方法で、増大する数の球面ころ(4)を装着可能であることを特徴とする、ラジアル転がり軸受。
- 内レース(3)の外側(9)にある転動路(11)を区画する曲げ縁(14,15)の1つが高さを減少して形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のラジアル転がり軸受。
- 内レース(3)にある転動路(11)の深さ(tL2)が、高さを減少されない曲げ縁(14)に対して球面ころ(4)の球基本形状の直径(dK)の約20%であり、この転動路の深さ(tL2)が、高さを減少される曲げ縁(15)に対して、球基本形状の直径(dK)の約12%であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のラジアル転がり軸受。
- 外レース(2)の内側(8)にある転動路(10)の深さ(tLA1)が、その曲げ縁(12,13)に対して、球面ころ(4)の球基本形状の直径(dK)の約17%であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のラジアル転がり軸受。
- 外レース(2)にある転動路(10)の一方の曲げ縁(12)が、半径方向に対向しかつ内レース(3)にある転動路(11)の高さを減少されない曲げ縁(14)に対して、球面ころ(4)の球基本形状の直径(dK)の約63%の間隔(aL1)をとっていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のラジアル転がり軸受。
- 外レース(2)にある転動路(10)の他方の曲げ縁(13)が、半径方向に対向しかつ内レース(3)にある転動路(11)の高さを減少される曲げ縁(15)に対して、球面ころ(4)の球基本形状の直径(dK)の約71%の間隔(aL1)をとっていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のラジアル転がり軸受。
- 内レース(3)にあって高さを減少される曲げ縁(15)に加えて、対角線上に対向して外レース(2)に設けられる曲げ縁(12)が高さを減少されて形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のラジアル転がり軸受。
- 外レース(2)にある転動路(10)の深さ(tLA1)が、高さを減少される曲げ縁(12)に対して、球面ころ(4)の球基本形状の直径(dK)の約9%であり、この転動路(10)の深さ(tLA2)が、高さを減少されない曲げ縁(13)に対して、球面ころ(4)の球基本形状の直径(dK)の約17%であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のラジアル転がり軸受。
- 外レース(2)にある転動路(10)の両方の曲げ縁(12,13)が、内レース(3)にある転動路(11)の半径方向に対向する曲げ縁(14,15)に対して、それぞれ球面ころ(4)の球基本形状の直径(dK)の約71%の間隔(aL1,aL2)を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のラジアル転がり軸受。
