Description
丸軸シャフトの軸上に嵌り合う略逆U字状を呈する樹脂製のカラーと、カラーの上側に嵌り合う略相似形の基体を有し、カラーの上側に嵌り合う基体の両端縁から丸軸シャフトの軸径を超えて相対し、且つ、丸軸シャフトの軸下よりバネ端の相対する内外の軸線部で挟込み保持する内外の相逆方向に折れ曲がるバネ掛け片を設けた金属製のリテーナとによるスプリングのバネ端係着構造であって、
スプリングの張設基準高さに相応する長さの内バネ掛け片と、内バネ掛け片よりも相対的に短い長さの外バネ掛け片とを設けた金属製のリテーナを備え、
略U字乃至は略コ字状を呈するバネ端の内軸線部を内バネ掛け片で係止すると共に、外軸線部を外バネ掛け片で係止し、橋絡線部を両バネ掛け片の側部に回し、内バネ掛け片で係止するバネ端の内軸線部より外バネ掛け片で係止するバネ端の外軸線部を高位に傾斜させて内外のバネ掛け片をバネ端で挟み込んでなることを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 弾性用のスプリングをシートフレームの相対するフレーム部の間に掛け渡し、スプリングの略U字乃至は略コ字状を呈するバネ端を丸軸シャフトでなるフレーム部に掛け止めるに、
丸軸シャフトの軸上に嵌り合う略逆U字状を呈する樹脂製のカラーと、カラーの上側に嵌り合う略相似形の基体を有し、カラーの上側に嵌り合う基体の両端縁から丸軸シャフトの軸径を超えて相対し、且つ、丸軸シャフトの軸下よりバネ端の相対する内外の軸線部で挟込み保持する内外の相逆方向に折れ曲がるバネ掛け片を設けた金属製のリテーナとによるスプリングのバネ端係着構造であって、
スプリングの張設基準高さに相応する長さの内バネ掛け片と、内バネ掛け片よりも相対的に短い長さの外バネ掛け片とを設けた金属製のリテーナを備え、
略U字乃至は略コ字状を呈するバネ端の内軸線部を内バネ掛け片で係止すると共に、外軸線部を外バネ掛け片で係止し、橋絡線部を両バネ掛け片の側部に回し、内バネ掛け片で係止するバネ端の内軸線部より外バネ掛け片で係止するバネ端の外軸線部を高位に傾斜させて内外のバネ掛け片をバネ端で挟み込んでなることを特徴とするスプリングのバネ端係着構造。 - 間隔を隔て複数本張設する各スプリングに相応し、丸軸シャフトの軸上に嵌り合う長さのカラーと、スプリングの本数と同数のバネ掛け片を設けたリテーナとを組み合わせてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスプリングのバネ端係着構造。
- 丸軸シャフトの軸線と同方向に亘って略逆U字の頂面より起立する突起を設けたカラーと、該突起を嵌め合わせる抜き穴を基体の頂面に設けたリテーナとを組み合わせてなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のスプリングのバネ端係着構造。
- 基体の各端縁と当接させてリテーナを位置決めする止め鍔を略逆U字の周面に設けたカラーを備えてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のバネ端係着構造。
