Claims (6)
- レース及び転動体を含む転がり軸受の製造方法であって、レース(2)が転動体(5)用の転動路(4a)、及び転動体(5)を軸線方向に案内する少なくとも1つの側方曲げ縁(6)を持ち、1つの方法段階で、転動体(5)の方へ向くレースの転動面(4a)へ切込み(7)が形成され、切込み(7)と曲げ縁転動面(6a)とが稜なしに互いに移行しているものにおいて、レース(2)の最終輪郭がハードターニング(hard turning)法により形成されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 切込み(7)が、転がり軸受の半径方向への刺込み体(12)の刺込みにより形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 別の方法段階で転動路(4a)が研削されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 曲げ縁(6)が90°より大きい曲げ縁開き角でハードターニング法により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の1つに記載の方法。
- 曲げ縁開き角が90°と92°との間にあることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- レース及び転動体を含む転がり軸受の製造方法であって、転動体(5)が少なくとも部分的に対数状又は円環面状に湾曲した少なくとも1つの端面(11)を持っているものにおいて、転動体(5)がハードターニング法により製造されることを特徴とする、方法。
