Description
優先権の主張

c.前記ベース部分によって実質的に取り囲まれており、第一の端部と第二の端部との間に架かり、そして対峙端部で、対峙コネクターハウジング内の対峙端子とかみ合うように造形されている接続端子を含む、少なくとも1個の導電性部材
を含んでなり、支承壁が前記コネクターハウジング内の対峙表面と少なくとも部分的に接触している光起電力デバイスコネクターアセンブリ。
態様2.前記対峙コネクターハウジングが光起電力システムコンポーネントの外側壁セクションに一体である態様1に記載のコネクターアセンブリ。
態様3.前記第一の端部分が前記光起電力システムコンポーネントの外側壁セクションに一体である態様2に記載のコネクターアセンブリ。
態様4.前記コネクターアセンブリが少なくとも1個の導電性部材に電気的に接続された少なくとも1個のバイパスダイオードを含む態様1,2又は3に記載のコネクターアセンブリ。
態様5.前記コネクターアセンブリが回路状態を伝えるための表示器デバイスを含む態様1,2,3又は4に記載のコネクターアセンブリ。
態様6.設置の際に、コネクターアセンブリを対峙コネクターハウジングに固定するロッキングデバイスを更に含む態様1,2,3,4又は5に記載のコネクターアセンブリ。
態様7.前記光起電力システムコンポーネント内の対峙コネクターハウジングが張力緩和特徴部を含む態様1,2,3,4,5又は6に記載のコネクターアセンブリ。
態様8.前記コネクターが、第二の導電性部材を含む態様1,2,3,4,5,6又は7に記載のコネクターアセンブリ。
態様9.全体的に光起電力システムコンポーネントの頂部表面と同じ平面上にある頂部表面に向って上方に突出している、ロケーター部分内の外側に突出している部分を含む態様1,2,3,4,5,6,7又は8に記載のコネクターアセンブリ。
態様10.複数の光起電力システムコンポーネントを一緒に配置し、そして電気的に接続する方法であって、
a.前記コンポーネントの側部に配置された第一のコネクターハウジングを有する第一の光起電力システムコンポーネントを用意する工程、(前記コネクターハウジングは、少なくとも1個の第一の電気コネクター端子及び少なくとも1個の第一のロケーター特徴部を含む);
b.前記コンポーネントの側部に配置された第二のコネクターハウジングを有する少なくとも1個の第二の光起電力システムコンポーネントを用意する工程(前記第二のコネクターハウジングは、少なくとも1個の第二の電気コネクター端子及び少なくとも1個の第二のロケーター特徴部を含む);
c.態様1に記載のコネクターを用意する工程;
d.前記コネクターの一端部を、第一のコネクターハウジングに接合する工程;
e.前記ヘッダーコネクターの反対端部を、第二のコネクターハウジングに接合する工程;
f.前記コネクターの支承壁によって、第一の光起電力コンポーネントと第二の光起電力コンポーネントとを互いに回転的に配置する工程並びに
g.複数の光起電力システムコンポーネントのそれぞれについて、工程c〜fを繰り返す工程
を含んでなる方法。
態様11.複数の光起電力システムコンポーネントを一緒に配置し、電気的に接続する方法であって、
a.前記コンポーネントの側部分に配置された第一のレセプタクルコネクターハウジングを有する第一の光起電力システムコンポーネントを用意する工程(前記レセプタクルコネクターハウジングは、少なくとも1個の第一の電気コネクター端子及び少なくとも1個の第一のロケーター特徴部を含む);
前記コンポーネントの側部に配置された第二のレセプタクルコネクターハウジングを有する少なくとも1個の第二の光起電力システムコンポーネントを用意する工程、(前記第二のレセプタクルコネクターハウジングは、少なくとも1個の第二の電気コネクター端子及び少なくとも1個の第二のロケーター特徴部を含む)(ここで、第一のレセプタクルコネクターハウジングは、第一の光起電力システムコンポーネントの側部に少なくとも部分的に接続的に配置されており、そして第二のレセプタクルコネクターハウジングは、第二の光起電力システムコンポーネントの側部に少なくとも部分的に接続的に配置されており、更に、ここで、第一のロケーター部分及び第二のロケーター部分は、第一の光起電力システムコンポーネントと第二の光起電力システムコンポーネントとの間の、回転的に調節可能な配置機能を提供する);並びに
b.態様18に記載のヘッダーコネクターを用意する工程;
c.第一のロケーター部分及び第二のロケーター部分によって、第一の光起電力システムコンポーネントと第二の光起電力システムコンポーネントとを互いに回転的に配置する工程、
d.ヘッダーコネクター要素を、第一のレセプタクルコネクターハウジング及び第二のレセプタクルコネクターハウジングに接合する工程並びに
e.複数の光起電力システムコンポーネントのそれぞれについて、工程c〜dを繰り返す工程
を含んでなる方法。
態様12.態様1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のコネクターアセンブリによって接続された複数の光起電力システムコンポーネントを含んでなるPVデバイスアセンブリ。
態様13.前記アセンブリが、それが接続しているPVデバイスの全体厚さよりも厚くない、態様1〜12のいずれかに記載の光起電力デバイスコネクターアセンブリ。
Claims (7)
- 光起電力システムのコンポーネントを接続し、そして設置するための光起電力デバイスコネクターアセンブリであって、
a.第一の端部、第二の端部、中間部及び外側表面を含むベース部分;
b.光起電力デバイス内の対峙コネクターハウジングを全体的に補足するように造形されている、前記中間部分の外側表面上に配置されたロケーター部分並びに
c.前記ベース部分によって実質的に取り囲まれており、第一の端部と第二の端部との間に架かり、そして対峙端部で、対峙コネクターハウジング内の対峙端子とかみ合うように造形されている接続端子を含む、少なくとも1個の導電性部材
を含んでなり、支承壁が前記コネクターハウジング内の対峙表面と少なくとも部分的に接触している光起電力デバイスコネクターアセンブリ。 - 前記対峙コネクターハウジングが光起電力システムコンポーネントの外側壁セクションに一体である請求項1に記載のコネクターアセンブリ。
- 前記コネクターアセンブリが少なくとも1個の導電性部材に電気的に接続された少なくとも1個のバイパスダイオードを含む請求項1又は2に記載のコネクターアセンブリ。
- 前記コネクターアセンブリが回路状態を伝えるための表示器デバイスを含む請求項1,2又は3に記載のコネクターアセンブリ。
- 設置の際に、コネクターアセンブリを対峙コネクターハウジングに固定するロッキングデバイスを更に含む請求項1,2,3又は4に記載のコネクターアセンブリ。
- 複数の光起電力システムコンポーネントを一緒に配置し、そして電気的に接続する方法であって、
a.前記コンポーネントの側部に配置された第一のコネクターハウジングを有する第一の光起電力システムコンポーネントを用意する工程、(前記コネクターハウジングは、少なくとも1個の第一の電気コネクター端子及び少なくとも1個の第一のロケーター特徴部を含む);
b.前記コンポーネントの側部に配置された第二のコネクターハウジングを有する少なくとも1個の第二の光起電力システムコンポーネントを用意する工程(前記第二のコネクターハウジングは、少なくとも1個の第二の電気コネクター端子及び少なくとも1個の第二のロケーター特徴部を含む);
c.請求項1に記載のコネクターを用意する工程;
d.前記コネクターの一端部を、第一のコネクターハウジングに接合する工程;
e.前記ヘッダーコネクターの反対端部を、第二のコネクターハウジングに接合する工程;
f.前記コネクターの支承壁によって、第一の光起電力コンポーネントと第二の光起電力コンポーネントとを互いに回転的に配置する工程並びに
g.複数の光起電力システムコンポーネントのそれぞれについて、工程c〜fを繰り返す工程
を含んでなる方法。 - 前記アセンブリが、それが接続している光起電力システムの成分の全体厚さよりも厚くない、請求項1,2,3,4,又は5に記載のコネクターアセンブリ。
