Description
Claims (5)
- 酸素分離膜用支持体によって酸素イオン伝導性を有する緻密質且つ筒状の電解質膜を支持した酸素分離膜であって、
前記酸素分離膜用支持体が、長手状を成し且つその長手方向に沿って伸びる筒状面を備えた基体部と、前記筒状面からその径方向に離隔した位置で前記電解質膜を支持するためにその筒状面に突設され且つ前記基体部の長手方向に沿って伸びる複数本のリブ状部とを含み、セラミックスから成ることを特徴とする酸素分離膜。 - 前記酸素分離膜用支持体は、前記電解質膜を支持するために、厚み方向に貫通する多数の連通孔を有する膜受け部を前記複数本のリブ状部上に備えたものである請求項1の酸素分離膜。
- 前記膜受け部の厚さ寸法は1(mm)以下である請求項2の酸素分離膜。
- 酸素分離膜用支持体によって酸素イオン伝導性を有する緻密質且つ筒状の電解質膜を支持した酸素分離膜であって、
前記酸素分離膜用支持体が、長手状を成し且つその長手方向に沿って伸びる筒状面を備えた基体部と、前記筒状面と前記電解質膜との間において前記基体部の長手方向に沿って気体を導くための複数本の通気路とを含み、セラミックスから成ることを特徴とする酸素分離膜。 - 前記酸素分離膜用支持体は、押出成形によって成形されたものである請求項1乃至請求項4の何れかの酸素分離膜。
