Description
最近では、多数の医療デバイスが設計されており、これらは、心臓または血管通路に導入し易くするために、小さいサイズに圧縮するように改造されているが、その後、拡大可能である。これらのデバイスには、特に、中隔オクルダー、ステントおよび自立(free standing)フィルターが挙げられ、これらは、拡大して、臓器または血管の壁と係合した所定位置で保持される。第一の比較的に柔軟な低温条件および第二の比較的に堅い高温条件を有する形状記憶材料からこのようなデバイスを形成することは、有利であることが分かっている。このような温度応答性材料のデバイスを形成することにより、可撓性で応力を減らした状態では、このデバイスは、所定転移温度より低い温度に晒したとき、送達カテーテルの穴内に嵌るように圧縮され得るが、この転移温度以上の温度では、このデバイスは、拡大して、比較的に堅くなる。
本発明の第一の目的は、新規な改良型ワイヤー越し(over−the wire)インターロック装着/分離機構であって、移植した医療デバイスと係合しその上に確実にロックするように改造した機構を提供することにある。
従って、本発明は、以下を提供する:
(項目1) 医用移植片用のワイヤー越しインターロック装着/分離機構であって、該機構は、以下の部分を含む:
オスロッキング本体部材であって、該オスロッキング本体部材は、前端を有する;
可撓性ロッキング支持体であって、該可撓性ロッキング支持体は、その上にロッキング部材が形成されており、該ロッキング部材は、該オスロッキング本体部材の該前端から伸長しており、該可撓性ロッキング支持体は、拘束されていないとき、該オスロッキング本体部材から外向きに、側方に角度を付けて伸長している;および
該ロッキング部材を受容するメスロック受容本体部材であって、該メスロック受容本体部材は、第一本体末端を有し、そしてインデント部分と共に形成され、該インデント部分は、該ロッキング部材を受容し係合するために、該第一本体末端と隣接している、
機構。
(項目2) 前記メスロック受容本体部材が、前記医用移植片に固定されている、項目1に記載のワイヤー越しインターロック装着/分離機構。
(項目3) ロック作動鞘が、前記オスロッキング本体部材上に滑るように取り付けられ、該ロック作動鞘が、前記可撓性ロッキング支持体と係合して該ロッキング支持体を該オスロッキング本体部材に向かって内向きに移動するように作動する、項目1に記載のワイヤー越しインターロック装着/分離機構。
(項目4) 前記オスロッキング本体部材および前記メスロック受容本体部材が、実質的に同じ直径の円筒形部材である、項目1に記載のワイヤー越しインターロック装着/分離機構。
(項目5) ロック作動鞘が、前記オスロッキング本体部材上で滑るように取り付けられ、該ロック作動鞘が、前記可撓性ロッキング支持体と係合して該ロッキング支持体を該オスロッキング本体部材に向かって内向きに移動するように作動する、項目4に記載のワイヤー越しインターロック装着/分離機構。
(項目6) 前記メスロック受容本体部材が、前記医用移植片に固定されている、項目5に記載のワイヤー越しインターロック装着/分離機構。
(項目7) 複数の間隔を置いて配置した可撓性ロッキング支持体が、前記オスロッキング本体部材の前記前端から伸長しており、該間隔を置いて配置した可撓性ロッキング支持体の各々が、細長可撓性ロッキングアームにより形成され、該細長可撓性ロッキングアームが、該オスロッキング本体部材に連結された第一アーム末端を有し、該細長可撓性ロッキングアームが、拘束されていないとき、該第一アーム末端から外向きに角度を付けて伸長している、項目1に記載のワイヤー越しインターロック装着/分離機構。
(項目8) ロッキング部材が、各細長可撓性ロッキングアーム上で形成され、その前記第一アーム末端から間隔を置いて配置され、そして前記オスロッキング本体部材の前記前端を外向きに形成し、
前記メスロック受容本体部材が、インデント部分と共に形成され、該インデント部分は、該ロッキング部材を受容し係合するために、前記第一本体末端と隣接している、項目7に記載のワイヤー越しインターロック装着/分離機構。
(項目9) 各細長可撓性ロッキングアームが、その前記第一アーム末端から間隔を置いて配置した自由端を有し、前記ロッキング部材が、該細長可撓性ロッキングアームの該自由端で、成形細長部分により形成されている、項目8に記載のワイヤー越しインターロック装着/分離機構。
(項目10) 前記オスロッキング本体部材および前記メスロック受容本体部材が、実質的に同じ直径の円筒形部材である、項目9に記載のワイヤー越しインターロック装着/分離機構。
(項目11) ロック作動鞘が、前記オスロッキング本体部材上で滑るように取り付けられ、該ロック作動鞘が、前記可撓性ロッキングアームと係合して前記細長可撓性ロッキングアームおよび前記ロッキング部材を該オスロッキング本体部材に向かって内向きに移動するように作動する、項目10に記載のワイヤー越しインターロック装着/分離機構。
(項目12) 前記メスロック受容本体部材が、切り取られて、前記インデント部分を形成する間隔開口部を提供し、該各間隔開口部が、可撓性ロッキングアームおよびその上に形成された前記ロッキング部材を受容するように形成されている、項目11に記載のワイヤー越しインターロック装着/分離機構。
(項目13) 前記各間隔開口部が、細長開放端入口セクションを含み、該細長開放端入口セクションが、細長可撓性ロッキングアームおよび細長ロッキング切り取り部を受容するように成形され、該細長ロッキング切り取り部が、該細長開放端入口セクションに連結され、そして前記ロッキング部材を受容してそれと形状が適合するように成形されている、項目12に記載のワイヤー越しインターロック装着/分離機構。
(項目14) 前記可撓性ロッキング支持体が、少なくとも1本の細長可撓性ロッキングアームを含み、該細長可撓性ロッキングアームが、前記オスロッキング本体部材に連結された第一端を有し、該細長可撓性ロッキングアームが、拘束されていないとき、該第一アーム端から外向きに、角度を付けて伸長しており、該ロッキング部材が、該細長可撓性ロッキングアーム上に形成されており、そして

(項目16) ロック作動鞘が、前記オスロッキング本体部材上で滑るように取り付けられ、該ロック作動鞘が、前記少なくとも1本の細長可撓性ロッキングアームと係合して、該細長可撓性ロッキングアームおよび前記ロッキング部材を該オスロッキング本体部材に向かって内向きに移動するように作動する、請求項14に記載のワイヤー越しインターロック装着/分離機構。
(項目17) 前記各間隔開口部が、細長開放端入口セクションを含み、該細長開放端入口セクションが、細長可撓性ロッキングアームまたはガイドフンガーおよび細長ロッキング切り取り部を受容するように成形され、該細長ロッキング切り取り部が、該細長開放端入口セクションに連結され、そして前記ロッキング部材を受容してそれと形状が適合するように成形されている、項目16に記載のワイヤー越しインターロック装着/分離機構。

(項目20) 前記医用移植片が、自立ワイヤー越しフィルターである、項目2に記載のワイヤー越しインターロック装着/分離機構。
図1を参照すると、本発明のワイヤー越しインターロック装着/分離機構(これは、一般に、10で示されている)は、通常のガイドワイヤ12(例えば、0.014インチのガイドワイヤ)に沿って移動するように適合されている。このワイヤー越しインターロック装着/分離機構は、オスロッキングセクション14、メスロック受容セクション16、および管状鞘18(これは、これらのオスおよびメスセクション上を滑るような寸法にされている)を含む。好ましくは、メスセクション16は、移植可能医療デバイス20(例えば、中隔オクルダー、フィルターまたはステント)に固定され、これらは、心臓または血管または身体の他の管で解除されるか、または心臓または血管内で回収または位置変えされる。
Claims (1)
- 医用移植片送達システムであって、該システムは、以下:
