Claims (1)
- 被処理体を加熱して処理する炉体を有する熱処理炉であって、
前記炉体の天井部、床部及び側壁が、夫々金属製の炉殻層と、この炉殻層の内側に設けた断熱層と、この断熱層の内側に設けたセラミックファイバー層とによって構成され、
前記断熱層がセラミックブロックであって、
前記炉体内に、炉体内の雰囲気を攪拌するファンと、被処理体を載せる複数本のセラミックレールと、ガスバーナを用いた加熱器が設けられており、
前記セラミックレールは長手方向に複数分割されており、その夫々が耐火レンガを介して前記床部によって支持されており、
前記加熱器は前記セラミックレールの下側に延びているラジアントチューブを有し、このラジアントチューブの一端部にガスバーナが設けられ、他端部に蓄熱体が備えられており、ガスバーナから、ラジアントチューブ内に燃焼ガスを供給することにより、炉体内が加熱され、さらに、前記熱処理炉に、前記ラジアントチューブ内部に冷風を供給する手段が備えられており、
前記床部を構成する断熱層とセラミックファイバー層の厚さが、前記天井部及び側壁を構成する断熱層とセラミックファイバー層の厚さより10%〜50%大きいことを特徴とする熱処理炉。
