Claims (5)
- 被処理体を加熱して処理する連続熱処理炉であって、複数の熱処理室を有し、各熱処理室の炉体の天井部、床部及び側壁が、金属製の炉殻層と、前記炉殻層の内側に設けたセラミックブロックからなる断熱層と、前記断熱層の内側に設けたセラミックファイバー層とによって構成され、前記炉体内に、被処理体を載せる複数本のローラを設けたことを特徴とする連続熱処理炉。
- 前記各熱処理室を区画するシャッターを有し、前記シャッターが、セラミックブロックからなる断熱層と、この断熱層の両側に設けたセラミックファイバー層とによって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の連続熱処理炉。
- ガスバーナを用いた加熱器を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の連続熱処理炉。
- 前記断熱層が、厚さ75〜150mm、熱伝導率0.01〜0.03kcal/m・h・℃としたセラミックブロックからなり、前記セラミックファイバー層が、厚さ50〜100mm、熱伝導率0.04〜0.08kcal/m・h・℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の連続熱処理炉。
- 前記断熱層が、シリカ系のセラミックブロックからなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の連続熱処理炉。
