Claims (3)
- 被処理体を加熱して処理する熱処理炉であって,
炉体の天井部,床部及び側壁が,炉殻層と,前記炉殻層の内側に設けた断熱層と,前記断熱層の内側に設けたセラミックファイバー層とによって構成され,
前記炉体内に,被処理体を載せる複数本のレールを互いに隙間をあけて設け,
前記各レールは,前記炉体の内部の前側壁および後側壁にそれぞれ取り付けられた支持部材によって前後両端部だけで支持されたことを特徴とする,熱処理炉。 - 前記レールは耐熱鋼製であることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の熱処理炉。
- リジェネバーナを用いた加熱器を備えたことを特徴とする,請求項1又は2に記載の熱処理炉。
