Claims (15)
- 鉱物繊維をベースとする電気設備を覆うための断熱パネルであって、該断熱パネルは連結された鉱物繊維のコア(13;113)と、前記鉱物繊維のコア(13;113)の少なくとも一面に貼り付けられた上張り層(9;9’)を含み、前記上張り層(9;9’)は織−不織布(WNW)、織られた鉱物繊維布、又は鉱物繊維のウエブを含み、該上張り層が該コアの鉱物繊維と鉱物バインダーによって化学的に結合しており、その鉱物バインダーは、該コア(13)の鉱物繊維の間で化学結合を形成し、かつ該上張り層(9,9’)と該コア(13)の鉱物繊維との間で化学結合を形成することを特徴とする断熱パネル。
- 前記上張り層(9;9’)がグラスファイバーの織られた布又はウエブを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパネル。
- 前記上張り層(9;9’)は、厚さが、0.05mm乃至1.5mmという範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のパネル。
- 前記上張り層(9;9’)は、重量が10g/m2乃至100g/m2という範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のパネル。
- 該鉱物繊維のコアは、重量面積あたりの質量が600乃至1000g/m2のオーダーであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のパネル。
- 前記コア(13)の前記鉱物繊維を結合する鉱物バインダーと、前記上張り層(9;9’)の前記コア(13)の前記鉱物繊維への結合をする鉱物バインダーのいずれか一方又はその双方が、ポリリン酸アルミニウム塩の水溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のパネル。
- 請求項1に記載の鉱物繊維をベースとする電気設備を覆うための断熱パネルを製造する方法であって、次のステップ、すなわち:
−溶融鉱物物質(1)から鉱物繊維(10)を紡糸するステップ;
−前記鉱物繊維(10)の間に鉱物バインダーにより化学タイプの結合を生成して化学的に連結された鉱物繊維のコア(13;13’)を得るステップ;
−前記鉱物繊維のコア(13;13’)と、前記鉱物繊維のコア(13;13’)の少なくとも一面に位置する上張り層(9;9’)との間に化学タイプの結合を鉱物バインダーにより生成するステップであって、ここで、前記上張り層(9;9’)が織−不織布、織られた鉱物繊維の布又は鉱物繊維のウエブを含むステップ;
を含む方法。 - 該鉱物繊維(13;113)を結合させる前記段階が、該鉱物繊維を該上張り層(9;9’)に結合させるステップと同時に化学タイプの結合によって行われることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記化学タイプの結合をさせるステップが以下の段階:
−該鉱物繊維(10)に鉱物バインダーを加える段階;
−該鉱物繊維(11)を該鉱物バインダーと一緒に前記上張り層(9)の帯上で受け取る段階;
−前記上張り層(9)を通して空気を吸い込み、次に前記鉱物バインダーを乾燥させて該鉱物繊維の間の結合及び該鉱物繊維と該上張り層(9)の間の結合を作り出す段階;
を含むことを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の方法。 - さらに:
−第二の上張り層(9’)に該鉱物バインダーをデポジットするステップ;
−前記第二の上張り層(9’)を該鉱物繊維のコア(13)の前記第一の上張り層(9)が結合された表面と反対の表面に貼り付けて、前記鉱物バインダーが前記第二の上張り層(9’)と該鉱物繊維のコア(13)の一面の間に位置するようにするステップ;
を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。 - さらに、前記第二の上張り層(9’)と該鉱物繊維のコア(13)の一つの表面の間にデポジットされた前記鉱物バインダーを加熱によって乾燥させるステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 該鉱物バインダーを加熱によって乾燥させる前記ステップが100℃乃至200℃の範囲にある温度で行われることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 溶融鉱物物質から鉱物繊維(10)を紡糸するステップが、内部遠心法を含むロータリー・プロセスを用いて行われることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記コア(13)の前記鉱物繊維を結合する鉱物バインダーと、前記上張り層(9;9’)の前記コア(13)の前記鉱物繊維への結合をする鉱物バインダーのいずれか一方又はその双方が、ポリリン酸アルミニウム塩の水溶液であることを特徴とする請求項7乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 電気設備を覆うための請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の断熱パネルの利用。
