Claims (24)
- 전기 제품을 단열시키기 위한 단열 패널(insulating panel)로서,상기 패널은 광물 섬유, 예를 들어 유리 섬유, 유리솜, 암면 등을 기초로 하고, 서로 연결된 광물 섬유의 코어(core)(13;113)와, 광물 섬유의 상기 코어(13;113)의 적어도 한 면에 도포된 외장 층(facing layer)(9,9')을 포함하는, 전기 제품을 단열시키기 위한 단열 패널에 있어서,상기 외장 층(9;9')은 직물-부직물(woven-nonwoven)(WNW), 광물 섬유 직포(woven mineral fiber fabric) 또는 광물 섬유 직물을 포함하고,상기 외장 층은 광물 결합제에 의해 상기 코어의 상기 광물 섬유에 화학적으로 결합되어 있거나, 상기 코어의 상기 광물 섬유에 기계적으로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 제품을 단열시키기 위한 단열 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 외장 층(9;9')은 유리 섬유의 직포 또는 유리 섬유의 직물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 제품을 단열시키기 위한 단열 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 외장 층(9;9')은, 특히 폴리에틸렌과 폴리에스테르의 유도체로 이루어지고 금속 산화물 충전제가 첨가될 수 있는 중합체 합성 섬유의 직물-부직물(WNW)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 제품을 단열시키기 위한 단열 패널.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외장 층(9,9')의 두께는 표시를 위해 0.05mm 내지 1.5mm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 제품을 단열시키기 위한 단열 패널.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외장 층(9,9')의 중량은 표시를 위해 10 g/㎡ 내지 100 g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 제품을 단열시키기 위한 단열 패널.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광물 섬유 코어의 중량 면적당 질량은 약 600 내지 1000 g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 제품을 단열시키기 위한 단열 패널.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광물 섬유의 코어는 5g의 하중 하에서 약 3 내지 4.5의 마이크로네어(micronaire)를 갖는 유리 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 제품을 단열시키기 위한 단열 패널.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 패널은, 상기 코어(13)의 상기 광물 섬유간에 화학 결합을 형성하고, 상기 외장 층(9,9')과 상기 코어(13)의 광물 섬유간에 화학 결합을 형성하기 위해, 화학 결합제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 제품을 단열시키기 위한 단열 패널.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 화학 결합제는 다인산 알루미늄 염 (aluminum polyphosphate salt) 수용액으로 이루어진 광물성 결합제인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 제품을 단열시키기 위한 단열 패널.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코어(113)의 상기 광물 섬유는 기계적으로 서로 연결되어 있고, 상기 외장 층(9,9')은 상기 코어(113)의 상기 광물 섬유에 기계적으로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 제품을 단열시키기 위한 단열 패널.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 기계적인 연결은 상기 광물 섬유를 바늘로 펀칭하고, 상기 광물 섬유를 상기 외장 층(9,9')에 바늘로 펀칭해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 제품을 단열시키기 위한 단열 패널.
- 제 10항 또는 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 패널은, 상기 코어(113)의 상기 광물 섬유 사이에 Fomblin(등록상표)과 같은 먼지 방지제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기 제품을 단열시키기 위한 단열 패널.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광물 섬유를 기초로 단열 패널 을 제조하는 방법으로서,- 용융된 광물 물질(1)로부터 광물 섬유(10)를 방적하는 단계와,- 화학적으로 서로 결합된 광물 섬유의 코어(13;113)를 얻기 위해 상기 광물 섬유(10)간에 화학적인 유형의 결합을 생성하는 단계와,- 광물 섬유의 상기 코어(13;113)의 적어도 한 면에 위치한 외장 층(9,9')과 광물 섬유의 상기 코어(13;113) 사이에 화학적인 유형의 결합을 생성하는 단계를포함하는, 단열 패널을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 광물 섬유(13;113)를 결합시키는 상기 단계는, 화학적인 유형의 결합을 사용해서 상기 외장 층(9,9')에 상기 광물 섬유를 결합시키는 단계와 동시에 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단열 패널을 제조하는 방법.

- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 방법은,- 제 2 외장 층(9') 위에 상기 광물성 결합제를 증착시키는 단계와,- 상기 광물성 결합제가 상기 제 2 외장 층(9')과 광물 섬유 코어(13)의 한 면 사이에 위치하도록, 상기 제 1 외장 층(9)이 결합된 것에 대한 광물 섬유 코어(13)의 맞은편 표면에 상기 제 2 외장 층(9')을 도포하는 단계를포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단열 패널을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 방법은, 상기 제 2 외장 층(9')과 상기 광물 섬유 코어(13) 사이에 증착된 상기 광물성 결합제를 가열을 통해 건조시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단열 패널을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 가열을 통해 상기 광물성 결합제를 건조시키는 단계는 100℃ 내지 200℃의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단열 패널을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 10항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광물 섬유를 기초로 한 단열 패널을 제조하는 방법으로서,- 용융된 광물성 물질(1)로부터 광물 섬유(10)를 방적하는 단계와,- 기계적으로 서로 연결된 광물 섬유의 코어(113)를 얻기 위해 상기 광물 섬 유(10) 사이에 기계적인 유형의 연결을 생성하는 단계와,- 상기 광물 섬유의 코어(113)와, 상기 광물 섬유의 코어(113)의 적어도 한 면에 위치한 외장 층(9,9') 사이에 기계적인 유형의 연결을 생성하는 단계를포함하는, 단열 패널을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 상기 광물 섬유(113)를 결합시키는 상기 단계는, 기계적인 유형의 연결을 사용해서 상기 외장 층(9,9')에 상기 광물 섬유를 결합시키는 단계와 동시에 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단열 패널을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 19항 또는 제 20항에 있어서, 기계적인 유형의 상기 연결은, 고리 모양의 바늘(180,180')이 상기 코어(113)의 광물 섬유를 기계적으로 서로 연결하고 상기 외장 층(9,9')에 기계적으로 연결하기 위해 상기 외장 층(9,9')을 통과하는 바늘 펀칭(needle punching)에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단열 패널을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 19항 내지 제 21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방법은, 상기 기계적인 연결 단계 전에 상기 광물 섬유에 먼지 방지제를 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단열 패널을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 13항 내지 제 22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용융된 광물성 물질로부터 상기 광물 섬유(10)를 방적하는 단계는, 내부 원심 분리를 포함한 회전 공정을 사용해서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단열 패널을 제조하는 방법.
- 전기 제품, 특히, 전기 오븐 또는 전자레인지, 냉장고, 보일러, 또는 에어컨의 일부 형태와 같은 가전 제품을 단열시키기 위해, 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 단열 패널을 사용하는 방법.
