Description
Claims (10)
- 基本樹脂、相溶化剤、発泡剤及び架橋助剤を含んでなる電子線架橋熱可塑性オレフィン系エラストマーフォームを製造するための組成物において、
上記基本樹脂は、10重量%ないし80重量%のショア(shore)式D型硬度計で硬度が35以上である高硬度ポリオレフィン系樹脂と、20重量%ないし90重量%の弾性重合体とからなるポリオレフィン系エラストマーであり、
上記高硬度ポリオレフィン系樹脂は、ポリプロピレンであり、
上記弾性重合体は、EPR、EPDM、エチレンオクテン共重合体及びエチレンブテン共重合体からなるオレフィン系弾性重合体のうち選択された何れか一つの物質であり、
上記相溶化剤は、上記基本樹脂100重量部に対して5重量部ないし20重量部の含量で含まれ、無水マレイン酸が導入されたEPDM、無水マレイン酸が導入されたポリプロピレン、無水マレイン酸が導入されたエチレンエチルアクリレート、無水マレイン酸が導入されたエチレンビニルアセテート、無水マレイン酸が導入されたスチレンエチレンブタジエンスチレン、無水マレイン酸と共重合されたポリスチレン、無水マレイン酸が導入されたポリエチレン及び無水マレイン酸が導入されたエチレンエチルアセテートのうち選択された何れか一つの物質であり、
上記発泡剤は、上記基本樹脂100重量部に対して1重量部ないし30重量部の含量で含まれ、炭酸水素アンモニウム、炭酸水素ナトリウム及び水素化ホウ素ナトリウムからなる無機発泡剤グループのうち選択された何れか一つの物質であるか、アゾジカーボンアミド、ジニトロソペンタメチレンテトラミン、ベンゼンスルホニルヒドラジド、トルエンスルホニルヒドラジド及びトルエンスルホニルセミカルバジドからなる有機発泡剤グループのうち選択された何れか一つの物質であり、
上記架橋助剤は、上記基本樹脂100重量部に対して0.2重量部ないし5.0重量部の含量で含まれ、有機過酸化物、不飽和樹脂架橋剤及びポリウレタン架橋剤のうち選択された何れか一つの物質であることを特徴とする電子線架橋熱可塑性オレフィン系エラストマーフォーム製造用組成物。 - 上記架橋助剤として選択される有機過酸化物は、ヒドロペルオキシド、ジアルキル−アリールペルオキシド、ジアシルペルオキシド、ペルオキシケタール、ペルオキシエステル、ペルオキシカーボネート、及びケトンペルオキシドのうち選択された何れか一つの物質であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子線架橋熱可塑性オレフィン系エラストマーフォーム製造用組成物。
- 上記架橋助剤として選択される不飽和樹脂架橋剤は、ビニルモノマー、アクリル系化合物、メタクリル系化合物及びエポキシ系化合物のうち選択された何れか一つの物質であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子線架橋熱可塑性オレフィン系エラストマーフォーム製造用組成物。
- 上記電子線架橋熱可塑性オレフィン系エラストマーフォーム製造用組成物は、酸化防止剤、熱安定剤及び混合樹脂の混練性増進剤のうち選択された何れか一つまたは二つ以上の添加物質をさらに含み、
上記選択されて含まれる酸化防止剤は、上記基本樹脂100重量部に対して0.2重量部ないし2.0重量部の含量で含まれ、フェノール系、アミノ系、燐系及び硫黄系からなる酸化防止剤グループのうち選択された何れか一つの物質であり、
上記選択されて含まれる熱安定剤は、上記基本樹脂100重量部に対して0.2重量部ないし5.0重量部の含量で含まれ、Cd/Ba/Zn系、Cd/Ba系、Ba/Zn系、Ca/Zn系、Na/Zn系、Sn系、Pb系、Cd系及びZn系からなる熱安定剤グループのうち選択された何れか一つの物質であり、
上記選択されて含まれる混合樹脂の混練性増進剤は、上記基本樹脂100重量部に対して2重量部ないし20重量部の含量で含まれ、タルク、炭酸カルシウム、ベントナイト及びゼオライトのうち選択された何れか一つの物質であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子線架橋熱可塑性オレフィン系エラストマーフォーム製造用組成物。 - 電子線架橋熱可塑性オレフィン系エラストマーフォームを製造する方法において、
(S11)上記請求項1〜4のうち選択された何れか一項による組成物の全ての成分を用意して混合する段階;
(S12)上記用意された発泡剤を含んだ組成物をツイン押出機に投入して押出させる段階;
(S13)上記押出された結果物に対して加速電子線を照射して架橋させる段階;及び
(S14)上記架橋された結果物に対して発泡させる段階;を含んで行うことを特徴とする電子線架橋熱可塑性オレフィン系エラストマーフォームの製造方法。 - 上記押出段階(S12)は、上記(S11)段階で用意した組成物をツイン押出機に投入して押出し、上記ツイン押出機のシリンダーの温度を120℃ないし200℃に維持し、上記ツイン押出機のスクリューの温度を50℃ないし120℃に維持することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電子線架橋熱可塑性オレフィン系エラストマーフォームの製造方法。
- (S21)上記請求項1〜4のうち選択された何れか一項による組成物の組成性分の中で発泡剤を除いた残りの成分を用意して混合する段階;
(S22)上記(S21)段階で除いた発泡剤成分を上記ツイン押出機にサイドフィーディング方式で投入して押出させる段階;
(S23)上記押出された結果物に対して加速電子線を照射して架橋させる段階;及び
(S24)上記架橋された結果物に対して発泡させる段階;を含んで行うことを特徴とする電子線架橋熱可塑性オレフィン系エラストマーフォームの製造方法。 - 上記押出段階(S22)は、上記(S21)段階で用意した組成物をツイン押出機に投入した後、上記組成物の成分から除外された発泡剤をサイドフィーディング方式でツイン押出機に投入し、上記ツイン押出機のシリンダーの温度を120℃ないし200℃に維持し、上記ツイン押出機のスクリューの温度を50℃ないし120℃に維持することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電子線架橋熱可塑性オレフィン系エラストマーフォームの製造方法。
- 上記架橋段階は、100kVないし1,000kVの電圧と0.5Mradないし10Mradの電子線量で加速電子線を照射することを特徴とする請求項5または請求項7に記載の電子線架橋熱可塑性オレフィン系エラストマーフォームの製造方法。
- 上記発泡段階は、発泡炉を水平に設ける水平発泡方法、発泡炉を垂直に設ける垂直発泡方法及び熱伝逹媒体として液状塩を用いる塩発泡方法のうち選択された何れか一つの方法で行うことを特徴とする請求項5または請求項7に記載の電子線架橋熱可塑性オレフィン系エラストマーフォームの製造方法。
